Chapter 6

A/N: I'm sorry I won't be able to update much this weekend, I'm actually really busy. I'm currently writing this at 7AM on a Saturday morning. I don't think I'll be posting this until tomorrow or Monday. Sorry! I hope you enjoy chapter 6

Chris' POV (holy crap it's here)

I checked the clock one more time,

4:07

Being insomniac sucks. I have to get up for school in two hours. I probably won't even fall asleep until like 5:30. I was diagnosed with insomnia three months ago, but I've been experiencing if for three years. The time passed by slowly, and I don't even get more tired.

My alarm went off at 6:00. I fell asleep a little after 5:10. 45 minutes is better than 0. I rolled out of bed, turning music on. 'Jersey' by Mayday Parade came on. I love them so much.

I walked over to my closet. I had to look cute. What if Jordan noticed me? I need him to think I'm not obsessed with him. What about black skinny jeans and this white to blue reversed ombré sweater? Great.

I went into the bathroom to do the usual. Wash my face, brush my hair, brush my teeth, put concealer under my eyes. Same thing every morning.((Chris pictured on the top/side))

Once I was finished, I put on my black converse and headed towards the door.

"BYE AMETHYST, SAPPHIRE, BEA, AND BENJY!" I yell throughout the house. I grabbed my earbuds and phone and walked out.

I walk into school alone, like always. Michael ((2ndrunner )) and I meet at her locker. She's really my only friend. She's not extremely popular, but she's not bullied. She's sorta feared in a sense. She's strong, she's a fighter, and she's smart. When I'm with her, no one even dares to look at me. Sadly, I can't always be with her. So, of course, I get bullied. I don't get beaten extremely bad, just the usual, pushed against lockers, threatened, yelled at.

As I went to my locker, I caught a glimpse of Jordan. There have been rumors going around saying he's queer, which is great for me. He's really hot. ((he will be pictured next chapter))

I got to my locker and grabbed my stuff. I have gym first period, so I grabbed my gym clothes. Second hour is music, I don't need anything for that. Third hour is advanced language arts. Fourth hour is social studies, so I need my book and folder. Then, I come back to my locker before fifth hour. ((Yes, I just said my schedule))

After I got all my stuff, I headed towards Michael's locker. Except, I got distracted along the way.

I was walking and Jordan cut me off. I tripped over his feet and collapsed to the ground. My things slid across the floor. People started kicking it around until Jordan yelled, "Hey! He's cool. I accidentally made him fall." Everyone immediately stopped.

I was grabbing my social studies book when another hand went to grab it, too. Jordan ended up grabbing it. By the time I had grabbed everything, Michael was already over here.

I thanked Jordan and got up to go to class. I felt a hand on my shoulder, turning me around.

"Hey" Jordan said.
"H-hi" I answered.
"Meet me in the boys bathroom at lunch. I have something to tell you" he whispered, before walking off.
I was just standing there flustered. I could've stood there all the way until lunch, but Michael pulled me away.

"Dude!!" She exclaimed.
"What?" I asked, trying to sound dumb.
"What do you mean 'what'? Your crush of three years just told you to meet him in the bathroom at lunch!" She seemed more excited than me at this point.

My first five classes went by relatively fast. The lunch bell rang and I bolted out of the room. I quickly went to my locker. I put my literature stuff in it, and grabbed my math stuff out. I put my math stuff in the math room and headed towards the bathroom.

When I walked in, I saw Jordan looking in the mirror, fixing his hair. I don't think he noticed me at first, because he didn't seem to acknowledge me. Once I figured out he didn't see me, I walked over to him.

"Oh, hey Chris!" He chirped. He knows my name? How?
"H-hi" I stuttered.
"You're probably wondering why I wanted you to meet me in the bathroom" he said. I nodded.
"Well, you see, there have been rumors going around saying that you're gay. I'm totally fine with that, but, I just want to know. Are you?" He asked. I froze. Our eyes locked. "I-I'm, I-I um" I stuttered.
"I'm bisexual" he blurted out. Before I could answer, I felt a pair of soft lips against mine. Once I realized what was happening, he pulled away. He looked at the ground, but I couldn't help but smile.
"I'm gay" I whispered. He looked up and let out a sigh of relief.
"D-do you like me?" Jordan asked.
"Ever since fifth grade" I answered.
"Really? I've liked you ever since third grade" he said. He started tracing patterns on the floor with his feet.
"Can we kiss again?" I asked. He just smiled and nodded. As he leaned in, the door opened. We both quickly pulled away, but not quickly enough. The guy that walked in was one of the most popular guys in the school, Mason.
"Jordan! Were you really going to kiss they gay fag?" He yelled. A few people had walked in to hear the commotion now.
"Psh, no. I'm not a faggot, unlike some people" he turned around to look at me, a look of sorrow on his face.

I couldn't believe him. I pushed past Jordan, then the crowd. I made my way outside. I sat down by a huge tree.

From a distance, I saw Michael running towards me.
"What happened?" She asked.
"Jordan told me he's Bi, then we kissed, but when we were about to kiss again, mason walked in. He saw us. Jordan denied what happened. So, Jordan got off the hook, but I will have to suffer from endless amounts of bullying" I answered. I looked at Michael. She had a strange look on her face, anger almost. She stood up and started walking away.
"Wait, Michael!" I yelled. She turned around.
"Where are you going?" I asked.
"To show them what they started" and with that, she was off. I might be alone at school the next few days.
