Chapter 9: Happy Endings

-Where's Raven?.- Henry asked.

-She... umm... She's in the Asylum.- Regina said.

-What?! Why?

-Because she asked us to.- Mary Margaret interfiered.

-I gotta go see her.- Henry ran to the hospital.

-Henry!.- He heard behind of him but he didn't care, all he wanted to do was see her again after everything that has happened. 

-Leave him be.- Charming said.- They have a lot of things to settle... and to talk about.

-But Zelena...

-Zelena won't do anything to Henry again, he already remembers everything and with Raven by his side there is nothing she can do today.

Henry ran and ran until he got to the hospital, he was scoulded by a nurse that he couldn't run inside of the hospital so he walked down the stairs to find Meg sitting at her desk as always with the key to room #3 aka Raven's room in her hand.

-It was about time Mills, don't worry we've been taking good care of her.-Henry smiled at her and took the key.- And Henry... she missed you a lot.

He nodded and opened the door.

-Raven!.- She was sleeping at the corner of the room, her face was facing the window and then she whispered.

-Henry...- She woke up and instantly turned her head to look at Henry, she stood up and ran to his wide open arms, she laughed and smiled like an idiot, she also sobbed in his shoulder and they didn't say anything they just stood there holding each other until he broke the silence.

-We're never going to celebrate a birthday together, are we?.- They both laughed and looked at each other with their foreheads together.

-I don't know, third time's the charm don't you think? Happy birthday, Henry.- That's when he kissed her, softly and with a lot of love just like she did when he and Emma left.

-I'm so sorry I've left you so many times, Raven.- He started sobbing.

-Hey, none of those times were your fault. Besides you always came back for me, just like you promised...

-I....- Henry tried to say "I love you" but Raven stopped him

-Please, don't say you love me.- She started to sing a song they always heard with Raven's cellphone.

-I don't want to ruin this, whatever it is. I just want it to be us and not rush things up.

-Of course, I understand. Now let's get you home ok?.- Raven nodded and they headed to the exit, then they went to Raven's apartment where she changed clothes, her usual football t-shirt, ripped skinny jeans, converse and her black beanie covering half of her dark gray hair.

-Ready?.- Henry asked.

-Yeah.- He said he had something to show to her at the park.- Let's go.

They arrived and sat on a bench facing the lake.

-What did you want to show me?.- Henry kissed her again and of course she corresponded.

-That.- He smiled.- And also I wanted to ask why did you ask to stay at the Manicome? If I may ask.

-I was a coward, I didn't want to see you everyday in Town if you weren't going to remember me... us. I shut down and was useless this entire time.

-You didn't want to be hurt everyday and suffer in silence, you've had enough of that don't you think?

-The thing is that Regina is always useful no matter how much pain she's feeling and I'm the coward who can't take enough pain that sits in a corner to wait for a man to come rescue her from herself. I can't be that girl anymore.

-Then from this point on, don't hide and fight with us. Fight for a happy ending just like my mom has.

-I don't know if I even deserve one, Henry to be perfectly honest.- Raven looked down to the ground in embarrasment, she didn't want to be weak in front of him, she wanted to be strong and confident just like Regina but she didn't know how.

-Don't be silly, Hummingbird.

-I see you haven't forgotten about that embarrasing nickname.

-Well, you can give me one if it makes you feel better.

-Ok, then I shall name you, sir.... Knight.- He laughed.- What?

-Nothing, that it's a little bit ironic that my grandfather is "Charming" and I am a Knight.

-Well you are not an ordinary knight Henry, then it would have no meaning to us both.- Raven looked at his eyes carefully.- You are not just any knight, you're MY Knight, my hero.

-See? Everyone deserves to be rescued, everyone deserves to have a Happy Ending.- Now Raven kissed him and whispered this to him.

-That is what I love most about you.

-What? What do you love most about me, Raven White?

-That you believe in everyone even if they don't deserve it, that is why you are my hero, Henry Mills.

-Ahem.- They heard behind them and they saw a very authorative Emma and a pretty pissed off Regina watching them.- What are you two doing?.- Regina asked.

-Just talking.- Henry said.

-Really?.- Emma finally interfered.- Because what I'm seeing is a make out session. Come on, kid. We got to go.

-Do we really?.- Henry said a little bit dissapointed.

-Oh, yeah.- Regina said.- Raven, do you want me to give you a ride to your apartment?

-If you're not going to make me uncomfortable anymore then yes, please.- And then they went their separate ways in their own respective cars.
