Raven's friend who she hadn't seen in years was there, in Storybrooke's lake. Nessa.

-Nessa?! Oh my God!.- Raven ran and swam all the way to her with Henry following right behind.

Nessa was unconscious right near the shore. Raven wanted to hold her and carry her to land but Henry stopped her.

-Raven.- He pointed to her Mermaid Tail that was partly covered in Raven's black poison.- Did you do that?

-Yes.- Raven affirmed and she also noticed the Bracelet Raven got her the last day they saw each other.- But it was a long time ago, which made her unvulnerable to me.- Henry nodded understanding.

-Still, it should be me who carries her. I'm stronger than you after all.- They laughed.

-When did you get so cocky all of a sudden?

-Since we came back from the book, maybe? In any case, you can help me if you want.

They took her to Raven's apartment where she started to take care of her dear friend.

-So how did you two meet? If I may ask.

-I found her, caught in a web when we were younger. I kept her as a "pet". I thought she might have been useful to me but, she became my friend...

YEARS AGO:

-Are you going to keep me here forever? Or are you going to kill me?.- Nessa asked on her huge water bubble.

-I don't know. I've been thinking low and high and I can't decide... Why don't you decide? Live or die.

-That simple huh? You know, you can't just play with people's lives.

-Oh, but I can play with yours if I was the one who saved your life from the fishmen and myth hunters.

-You did that?

-Yes, they caught you in a net. Remember?

-Yeah, I passed out not long after.

-I got you out of the net.

-Which is why your powers hit my tail.- Nessa analyzed showing the black part of her emerald mermaid tail.- But why didn't I die?

-You used to live in the Loch Ness, right? As a sweet water mermaid?

-Correct.- Nessa affirmed.

-Then, you should know the water has healing properties. This bubble is made out of that same water. I realized I couldn't take you alive carrying you all the way home; so, I made this bubble to carry you around and keep you alive.

-Why do you want me alive? What good do I do to you?

-I'm lonely. I have Christian but, he's a man, he doesn't understand me the way a girl would. So I thought, if I saved you, you would be my friend. I guess I was wrong and I'm sorry.- The good Raven was talking, the true Raven. The mad Raven would tell her to shut up and leave her alone. She wouldn't apologize.- So now, you decide. Do you live or do you die?

-If I get out of this bubble, will I die?
-I'm not sure. Although I should warn you that my powers have never failed to kill.- And it was the truth. Raven never lied.

-So, my options are: Live in this bubble as a prisioner forever or die poisoned by black magic. Great.- Nessa realized her fate had only two ways to go and she didn't like any of them.
