Giggles. Giggles was all Rio heard for the past hours. It felt like someone was running around the mansion and laughing. At first Rio was beyond scared, but of course in a matter of minutes she reminded herself that she should expect the unexpected in this place.
After hours and hours of studying she decided to fetch herself a snack. But as soon as she was outside her room a strong force collided with Rio and in seconds she was on the floor whimpering quietly.
"Aw look Teddy, Rio-chan's on the ground cause she's too weak!" Kanato giggled and Rio's eyes widened knowing it was him that was making all those noise.
"K-Kanato-kun! I'm sorry I bumped into you." Not. If anything, he should be the one apologizing. Kanato didn't even answer her. He just walked away happily.

Rio was pouring herself some coffee when she heard that giggle again. Seconds later Kanato walked in the kitchen smiling. "Oh look Teddy, Rio-chan's making herself some coffee! Could you make us some Rio-chan?" Kanato smiled.
"Sure!" Rio grinned. It was nice that Kanato was finally opening up to her. She poured a cup of coffee and threw a few sugar cubes in it before handing it to him.
Kanato stared at the cup of coffee, his smile fading as the seconds passed. Suddenly he smashed the cup to the floor and turned to look at Rio with angry eyes.
"I said us! Are you that dumb you pathetic human?! How stupid can you get? Us obviously means more than one! So why did you pour one cup?" Kanato screamed rather loudly and Rio flinched. She was not expecting that.
"Goddammit! Why don't you just shut the fuck up!" Subarus voice screamed as he appeared in the kitchen. "Sorry Subaru-kun, it was my fault I forgot to pour Teddy a cup of coffee." Rio forced a reassuring smile just to get Subaru to leave. She didn't need more trouble.
With a 'tch' Subaru disappeared. "I should better clean this mess." Rio muttered before turning around to go look for cleaning supplies. Kanato pulled her hair making her fall down. Rio let out a shriek as her face collided with the cold ground.
"It's not Subaru you should apologize to idiot! It's Teddy!" Kanato once again screamed. With a loud sigh Rio looked at her own reflection in the plush toys button eyes before giving a fake smile.
"I'm sorry Teddy, I promise it won't happen again." She spoke trying to sound kind and polite.
"Good! Now remember, you will never ever disrespect Teddy again or I'll burn you alive. Isn't that right, Teddy?"
