IN LOVE WITH THE WHITE BOY

Chapter 2

"Jasmine, wake up!" my mom yelled while knocking on my door. i really didn't feel like getting up today for school, i was sleepy as hell due to the fact that we was up unpacking all night. "I'm already up ma," i lied. i knew i had to go ahead and get up because i cant start being late for my new school already. Good thing it's Friday.  "Dang, so she wanna blow my phone up?" i asked myself out loud. My best friend that lives back in New Jerset called me 10 times in the last 3 hours. What was she even still doing up?

"Hey Jasmine, this is Mrs. Wallace. Kieara has been in a very bad accident, and she really wants you to come be with her. She's in the hospital as we speak, and she's not doing to well." I couldn't do nothing but burst out into tears. Lord knows nothing better not have happened to my bestfriend a day or two after i have left. i ran into my mom room and gave the phone to her so she could talk to Kieara's mom. i already knew my mom would let me leave since it has something to do with Kieara, so i went to my room and just start throwing clothes in a suitcase. After i finished, i went back to my mom room to find her on the phone with my dad getting the okay. He did agree, and my mom got me a plane ticket set to leave in the next two hours. I couldn't even get use to New York before i had to return home to the Forts.

Chad's POV

I have been waiting to bump into Jasmine today just to see that beautiful smile of hers. She caught my eye as soon as i glanced her way on yesterday. I really wanted to ask for her number, but i didnt want to seem too eager already on her first day of school. I've never wanted to date a girl up here at West Wade, because they all threw themselves at me from Day 1. I havent seen her all day, and i really had my hopes up. i wonder why would she miss school only on her second day. My name is Chad Wright, and to every girl up here, I'm the hottest thing walking. i am the starting shooting guard on the basketball team, and yes I am very good. I;m not cocky about my basketball skills or how i look, because that just never have been me. I'm a caring  person when people actually try to get to know me and not my buddy inside my pants. Hopefully I can show my caring side to Jasmine if she gives me the chance. Man why didn't she come to school today.

Jasmine's POV

"Heyy Kee-Kee boo! How are you doing?" I asked hugging her gently. She looked so sore and hurt. "When sis you get in? I'm so happy to see you? Thank you sooo much Jasmine."

"Take it easy, I'll be here. Lay back down." She did as told and soon went right back to sleep. I'm sure she was feeling good off the meds though. I watched her sleep peacefully, but i could still see the pain on her sleeping face. I said a silent prayer for her until i soon founf myself alseep in the chair i was sitting in. i was too tired from all the long trips back to back. When we both woke up, we talked about how she ended up in the hospital, and my first day at West Wade. The bad part about her accident, she was the only sober person in the car, and also the only person that got seriously injured. My poor bestfriend. "To be honest Jazz, I just want to smoke a fat ass blunt and forget everything. You leaving, the accident, all this bull shit," Kee-Kee said giggling but serious as she could be.

"Girl, we can do whatever you want once you get well."

"You know you're not smoking anything." My bestfriend knew me well. See Kieara smokes and go the whole 9 yards, but I don't. Never tried smoking, and really never crossed my mind. I'll drink all damn day though, but i always said no to smoking.

Kieara is leaving the hospital tomorrow. She can barely walk, but she's better than Day 1 from what I'm hearing. Kieara and i had so much time on our hands that we caught up on EVERYTHING. i mean old times too. She wants me to put her on a West Wade boy after i kept broadcasting how amazingly hot they were.

"Jas...mine!" Micheal said shocked stopping at the hospital door. We were just leaving the hosptial, and I guess he was coming to see Kieara. "Hey Mike," I said giving him a loving smile and embracing in his hug. Damn I've missed him so much. He then gave Kee-Kee a hug, and grabbed some of her things that were in my hand. He had on some Khaki Levi shorts, a baby blue Polo shirt, some baby blue Levi shoes, a all white Polo hat with the baby blue horse, and the star diamond earrings I bought him for his birthday like a month ago. He was looking good as hell, then he had on that colonge i love for him to wear. Did he know I was in town lol. Snapping me out of my thoughts and answering the question in my head, he said,"How you doing Kee? I miss you Jasmine, why didn't you tell me you was here?"

"I'm doing better," Kee- Kee responded.

"I miss you too Micheal!" I just stared at him, and I could tell he was more than happy to see me. I was happy to see him too, but I was strictly down here for my best friend, and my best friend only. We stopped to get something to eat before heading back to Kee-Kee house. Micheal came over too, and actually stayed for a good minute. After he left, Mrs. Wallace told me that my mom said my flight would be leaving out in two days. Ugh! Thought she would've at least gave me a week with my best friend. Kieara went to sleep on me after she finished eating, so I just went ahead and did the same. The medicine be having her out like a light though. By the time I woke up, she was still sleep, so I decided to get on facebook and look for Mr. Chad Wright. Yes, I did remember his whole name, so what haha. Just as i expected, I found him and then added him as a friend. His notifications must have went directly to his phone, because he added me real quick. So of course, I quickly pop chatted him:

Me: What was yhu wonderin'?

Chad: Why u haven't been at skol?

Me: That's nt what yhu was wonderin'?

Chad: ik, I'm askin'

Me: Back in my hometown! Best friend was in a bad accident! What was yhu wonderin'?

Chad: Ohh..hope he/she gets better!

Me: She's better! A little lol..now yhu wanna tell me? "/

Chad: I was wondering could i have ur number?

Me: Humm

Chad: I miss seeing u :)

Me: Txt me...1-504-566-1259

Chad: K <3

Logged off.

Dand, I'm digging this guy hard already and i dont even know him. Disturbing my thoughts, instead of him texting me he called. "Someone doesn't know how to follow directions," I answered my phone and said. I already knew it was him, because no-one else knows my number back in New York for real.

"I wanted to hear your voice, if that's ok," he replied sending chills through me.

"Yea, it it's ok," I stuttered.

"So, when you coming back Jazz?"

"Two days."

"So, can I take you out when you get back?" This guy gets straight to the point i see. I accepted his invitation since i honestly really did like him too. No need beating around the bush. Chad and I stayed on the phone for about an hour talking until Kee woke up, and I decided to call him later. I really feel a vibe between me and him, i just hope it's real. I told Kieara all about him when she was fully up, and also told her about Ant, only because that's who i plan on for her to start talking to. We enjoyed each others company, but all we did was talk, eat, and sleep.

Chad's POV

I was so nervous just by being on the phone with her that i just came right out and asked her to hang out with me. I was surprised as hell when she pop chatted me on facebook. I barely get on, so when it came to my phone all i could do was smile. I browsed through her pictures on facebook, and was she sexy. That girl already drove me crazy and I don't even know her yet. It's just something about her that have me on my toes. All i do is think about her, because I never been so lustful over a girl until now. Or is my lust just love at first sight.

I have been debating for an hour to see was I going to text her good night since she haven't called back. It's been about 4 hours since we hung up. I already missed hearing her voice. God what this girl is doing to me. Before i could even think about what I was doing, I had my phone pulled out and was texing away.

Jasmine's POV

Chad is so sweet and caring. What's not to like about him. On the other hand, his text made me feel bad since i didnt text him back, but I'm with my best friend right now.
