Tris pov
I woke up to the dinging of the royal clock that ruins my sleep every day. Its 7 in the morning. I hurry up to get showered and put my maid clothes on before i get punished by my step mother Jeanine. I wear a brown long sleeve shirt and a light blue long skirt that flows to my ankles and black flats with a black apron. Here's my story. My dad was a very wealthy man when i grew up. When I was 5 my mother died leaving me alone with my father i never new what happened to her my dad wouldn't tell me. So a few years later my dad settled down with a new woman named Jeanine she loved my father because of the money he had she never loved him for him. When I would be around my dad i felt so safe. But all of that changed when i turned 10 my dad died in a car crash because he was mad at my step mother Jeanine but I knew Jeanine poisoned him i saw her do it. Now i will never feel safe again. I look out of my broken window thinking what it would be like if I met the prince's. Then i'm snapped out of my daze from the yelling of Jeanine. I hurry up and finish dressing and run down the stairs to Jeanine."I have chores for you" she says with an evil grin and she looks angry i must have kept her waiting too long."wash the dishes,scrub the bathroom,sweep the floors,mop the floors,dust everything,set the tables,make breakfast,make the beds, open the curtains in every room, get the mail,go to the grocery store to get food for breakfast,lunch,and dinner,do the laundry,feed the animals in the barn,clean the horses, the stables,iron me and Lauren,and Molly's clothes." " then you get your break and do whatever you want but be back at 7 to make dinner." she says. "Yes step mother." I mumble quietly and walk out of the room and run to get everything done.

Tris' Pov
I get everything done around 2pm. Yeah im use to this and im pretty quick. I sigh and go pay a visit to my best friend's Christina,Lynn,Marlene,Shauna,and Will at the royal palace they work there. I take my horse and ride it over to the palace and greet the gaurds,Peter and Eric. "Hello Tris back for more of this." Eric says pointing to himself and trying to flirt with me. "Eric you can stop trying, you and me are never going to happen so nice try."I say. Eric sighs. I roll my eyes. "I'm here to see Christina,Will,Lynn,Marlene,and Shauna." I say. Peter says "their in the kitchen." I nod. They give the gate guy a signal saying let her in. "Thank you"I say. "Yep." they both reply. I ride in with my horse and I hear Eric say quietly to Peter "She loves me but doesnt want to admit it." I chuckle. "I heard you Eric" I say while looking back at him and Peter. He makes a kissy face at me and i look away in disgused. I tie my horse by the door. I walk inside the palace and my breath is taken away by the beautiful scenere. I look around till i find the stairs and take them to the kitchen. Their is a long hallway that has the prince's rooms. I hear video games and voices in one of the rooms and take a peek so noone will notice me. I see 3 prince's sitting in one of the bed rooms playing Call of Duty. I love that game. One of the Princes look my way he has dark Beautiful Blue eyes and is tall. I turn against the wall so he cant see me. I hear him say "Guys i think someone is out side the room." i hold my breath "Its noone probably the maid" says another voice he is the medium tall looking. i hear another voice and peek inside once again "Or a ghost hehehe" says the shorter one. I roll my eyes and mouth idiot then run. I run into one of the maids on the way to the kitchen and help her with her stuff i knocked down and ask her "where is Christina,Will,Lynn,Marlene,and Shauna." I say out of breath. She points to a room thats says kitchen. "Thank you have a nice day."I say. I finally walk into the room and see them all in their eating."hey guys."I say. " TRIS"Christina and the group say all at the say time. i laugh and they endulge me into a group hug." what took so long" they ask. "Oh you know chores and OMG I saw the prince's."I say and Christina screams and jumps up and down. Then through the speaker King marcus says "get to work maids and servants." Christina sighs and they all get to work. Christina asks me if i wanted to help her with the prince's rooms. "Sure"I say. She grabs her stuff and hands me a bucket with cleaning supplies in it."Lets go."she says. I nod.
