Finding Music For Love (Nathan Sykes FF)

Chapter 2

Nathan POV

I'm so stupid for bumping into that girl. I really didn't see her because she's short. I really got to stop going to la- la-land when I'm walking.

When I pulled her up I got a look of the way she looked. She had beautiful brown long hair with light ocean blue eyes.

"Nathan?" She said.

"Do I know you or something?"

"Oh no. Sorry. I got to go."

"Wait!" But it was no use, she was gone.

  Kali POV

I vanish off before anything.

Thank god my books are in my purse because if I had it in my hand it would flutter everywhere and then he'll pick it up then ask me to have lunch with him and so on it'll go's - but it didn't happen.I was freak out if I saw him again and yet I didn't know why.

I took the long way to my class and when I arrived I saw Nathan.

Great!

When the door slammed behind me Nathan looked at me and gave me a little smile. I didn't move until someone else open the door to get in. Someone else was sitting in the seat I usually take so I sat at the left corner of the class next to the window.

"Hello class," said Mrs.Jenn. "We have a new student in our class name Nathan Sykes. He'll be here with us for two months. May you please make him feel welcome."

"Oh great," I mumbled under my breathe.

"May you take a seat next to Kali." My heart skipped a beat. I looked at the seat to my right. EMPTY! I wanted to scream. GREAT!!!  

Nathan POV

Mrs.Jenn pointed to Kali. It was the girl that I ran over with my body.

I start to get nervous as I went to my seat. I know that I'm really shy but this girl is getting me really nervous, think if I try to talk I'd probably choke and sweat bullocks. I wish I could try to talk to her and make up for bumping into her but I don't know how.  

Kali POV

He won't stop looking at me and its getting aggravating. Every time he looks at me I look out the window hoping for him to stop staring.

The girls behind won't shut up about him looking sexy and all that. But he's not 'that' sexy. They need a life.

After the class was done I was the first one to bolt out of the class. But sadly he cought up to me.

"Hey. Ummm... Kali, right."

"Yeah," I said shyly.

I tried to walk faster but the faster I walked, the faster he walked.

"Look, I apologize for what I done."

"It's okay. It was an accident, that's all." We walked in silence until he broke the silence.

"Would you like to have lunch with me and the band?" I knew it was going to come sooner or later, but I didn't expect him to invite the band too.

"That's okay. I hav-" It's the least I can do," he said cutting me short. "Please?"

I don't know what to do. Should I say yes or say no? Why is it always me getting into these kind of situation?

"I guess."

"So is that a yes?"

"Sure. It's just lunch, right?" I said trying to make a joke.
