The rest of the day went on preparing for the contest at O.U. We went over to the Carnival of Everything in hopes of finding things we should bring to the event, and we were not disappointed.

When we got there, Toru and Jun were both still dangling from the rope, both of them asleep. I'm surprised nobody even bothered to help.

"Um...Ryuu," Natsumi went, poking at them with a stick as they hung, "do you wanna explain this?"

I sighed. Well, now I'm in trouble. "They snuck up on the two of us in that silent "I-can't-hear-a-single-breath" way, so as a result, Yami and I freaked. I gave Toru a bloody nose, but Yami went past that and kicked Jun in the crotch and tied him up and hung him up there like a pinata after making useless threats. Then, she tied up Toru and did the same. Oh, and if you're wondering why their faces are colorful, she got bored and used them for canvases." "Not very good ones, don't forget that." Yami pointed out with a grin. Natsumi just gave her a stern look and untied the two of them, who woke up just as I finished up my summary.

When the two of them got down, Natsumi glared at them with a look of disapproval on her face. What? What's got her all mad for?

"Thank you! I couldn't feel my legs anymore, and I'm just glad I didn't have to go to the bathroom!"

Clearly, Jun also couldn't feel his brain anymore either. Idiot, keep that thought to yourself. The two of them laughed at his bad joke, and Natsumi just kept on glaring. Their laughter died down to nothing, yet my interest in the matter grew even more. What else happened that I don't know about?

"Well," Toru said in an awkward tone, "see you guys."

"Why are those three so violent?" I heard Jun say as the two walked off. "I don't know, but I still think it's funny how she kicked your ass." Okay, now I just went lost in thought.

"Whatever the reason was, I won't have any objections, but I should know why, right?"

"Hm? What was that?" Natsumi asked.

"I mean-" "Why did you beat the crap out of them and not tell me?!" Wow,Yami bursted out of the blue with that. "You just couldn't hold back a little longer on that?" "No, violence is awesome." Of course she says that...

"Anyway, what's up?" She looked at me and went red. She pulled Yami close so only she could hear. I did hear some words, like "mirror", "brushing hair", and "change", but I stopped around that point. It gets weird when she mentions changing. After a minute or so, Yami bursted out laughing, and I decided that I'd find out later.

Entering the Carnival of Everything, I noticed right away that it was, indeed, a giant carnival of everything. However, the whole concept of "everything" was lacking, as it was just full of 25x25 foot long booths, each one long enough for space to store things away for a few days. It felt like a sad excuse of everything, even though there were things from sports, to books, to even child care. One booth was full of books about adult magazines. I laughed as I walked by it and saw that it was right near the booth about the Bible. Is this some kind of test of God's? If so, I wanna walk in there just to make the Bible people mad. Just as I thought this, Natsumi piped up. "Don't you dare think about going in there!" "But a Church booth is right next to it!" "Not worth it!" Even Yami had the same idea. She tried to sneak past Natsumi and walk towards it, but got grabbed by the neck of her shirt by the clerk. "Hey! No minors missy!" "I'm not really going in there! I just wanna make the Church people mad!" The man put her down, bent over, and whispered something in her ear. She laughed and walked away.

"Hey, what'd that guy say to ya?" I asked.

"He said, "I actually put my booth here just to make them mad. They begged for another spot, but there wasn't anymore. Every time somebody comes in here, they glare at me like I'm Satan himself." How awesome is that guy!?" All of us laughed, even Natsumi, who commented saying that it was actually worth the looks from the people in the Bible booth.
