The next couple of days were alright for Annabelle. She hadn't run into Christopher because she was avoiding him. She had never been so embarrassed in her life. Now he know that her mother doesn't like her and thinks of her as an embarrassment.

Because she is.

"Oh looky here, isn't it Little Miss Annabelle."

She froze, one arm extended to grab a book from her locker, now hanging in the air. A hand latched onto her shoulder making her jump much to obviously.

"Did I scare you? Hmm?"

Annabelle turns around. "What do you need Jared?" She wasn't in the mood today. She failed her math quiz and missed the bus that morning. He was just going to make her day worse than it already was.

"You see, I have this huge essay do in a week and you and I both know that I'm not the best at writing,"or anything for that matter, she think to herself, "so you're going to get me an A+ on this paper, if not, well you don't want things to end up like they did last time right?"

Annabelle starts to panic. Wiping my sweaty palms on my old jeans I reply,"Alright, fine, whatever you want Jared." She snaps, he's really frustrating her to no end these days.

"Are you sassing me?" Jared steps dangerously close to Annabelle. She backs up until her back hits a row of lockers. "Now you listen to me-"

"Am I going to have to give you another lesson about messing with people? Especially Annabelle?"

Christopher
