It's the day before my surgery. We've decided to hire a wedding planner to help take some stress off of me. Caroline has joined me at the meeting today. We are going over a list of items for the wedding planner to take care of while I rest for a few weeks after my surgery.
On our way out of the appointment, Caroline asks me cautiously. "Have you talked to Harry?"
"I was trying to give him space. I did text him once though to ask him if he was ok. He replied right away that he was alright and that I shouldn't worry about him."
"Is he still coming back for your surgery?"
"I'm not sure, he didn't say."
Caroline drops me off at our house. As I walk in the front door, I call for Liam. I smile as I walk past the table in the entryway. I'm not gonna lie, we've utilized that table quite a few times in the last couple weeks.
"In here, Love." Liam calls. I follow the sound of his voice to the lounge. As I turn the corner I see him sitting on a blanket on the floor, a full picnic lunch surrounding him. He gives me a big smile. "Welcome home, Beautiful."
"Thank you, Handsome."
Liam gives me his hand to help me sit beside him on the blanket.
I lean in, giving him a kiss. "What's all this?" I ask.
He grins. "Well, I know you can't eat later because of your surgery, so I got all your favorite foods. I thought you might like a picnic."
I smile. "Thank you, Liam. You are so thoughtful. It all looks so good." As I'm looking at all of the food laid out on the blanket, I feel him watching me. I look up to meet his eyes. Finding absolute love and want in his dark, gorgeous eyes. He puts his hand through my hair, gently holding the back of my neck. "You are so beautiful, Liz." His mouth is on mine. Sweetly at first, then aggressive. His tongue is teasing mine. Making me quickly forget about the food. I lay back, Liam hovers above me. Unbuttoning my dress, kissing each inch of skin that shows as he does, all the way down till it's completely open. He's left me so overwhelmed that he's on his own to remove his clothes. I watch appreciatively as he removes it all. Admiring every perfect inch of him. He takes his time with me, sending me over the edge multiple times. As Liam joins with me I wrap my legs around his waist, biting his neck and shoulders as he moves perfectly inside me. He looks into my eyes, I bite my lip as we come undone together.
He wipes the lone tear that slips from my eyes. "Are you alright, Love?"
I smile. "Yes, I just love you so much, Liam."
He wraps me in his arms tightly. "I love you, Liz. Forever." He holds me for a while, kissing the top of my head. Then whispers in my ear, telling me how beautiful I am.
We finally decide to enjoy the picnic, having worked up quite an appetite. All of a sudden Liam says. "I almost forgot dessert!"
He walks out of the kitchen with an adorable smirk on his face, a plate of cannoli in his hand. Bringing it over to me, he says. "These are to eat." Pointing at the cannoli. Then pointing at the bowl of cannoli cream next to them, he says raising his eyebrows. "And this is to play."
I laugh, grabbing the bowl I say. "Let's play first."
