Liam and I stroll around Corfu. It's a beautiful, old city with narrow streets. Around every corner seems to be a chapel, an old mansion, or a secret garden square. We stop for lunch at a quaint cafe. Our waitress is a sweet greek woman named Doroteia. As she approaches our table she catches Liam and I mid kiss. We pull back laughing. "Sorry about that." Liam says.

She laughs. "Please, don't apologize. There is a greek proverb that says, Kisses are the language of love."

"Well then we speak a lot." Liam chimes in.

I feel the red creep up to my cheeks.

She laughs loudly. "Let me guess, you are here on your honeymoon?"

"Yes. Are we that obvious?" I ask.

She smiles kindly. "It is quite obvious that you two are a special couple, and are very much in love."

"Thank you." Liam replies for both of us.

Doroteia puts in our order and brings us our drinks. "Have you heard the story about how this area got it's name?"

We both tell her, "No."

"Well according to myth, Poseidon fell in love with a beautiful nymph..."

"Sounds familiar." Liam interjects as he kisses my forehead.

Doroteia continues. "And he abducted her."

Liam quickly adds. "Well, not that part. I didn't kidnap her."

I smile, looking up at him. "You did steal my heart though."

We share a quick kiss, then I apologize. "Sorry Doroteia, we are a bit cheesy."

She laughs. "It's cute. So after abducting her, Poseidon brought her here and they married. They were so happy that he named the island after her."

As Doroteia heads off to get our order, Liam smirks. "Are you my beautiful nymph, or my beautiful nympho?"

I put my hand on Liam's thigh under the table. "Which do you prefer?"

He leans in to whisper in my ear. "Definitely the latter, Babe."
