Chapter 6

I sat in my bed. I haven't had a nurse come in today. Ashton hasn't even come it yet. It's 2 in the afternoon and I'm bored.

I've watched Big Hero 6 three times, Finding Nemo once, and One Direction: This is Us about five times. I'm bored now.

I never thought I would get bored of Harry Styles' hair, but I did. I never thought I'd get tired of finding all the Larry moments boring, eventually I did.

I started to wonder why Ashton hadn't come in yet. Maybe it's because I kissed him. Maybe it is?

I shouldn't have done that. It was a spur of the moment thing. It felt good though? Maybe I weirded him out?

What if he liked it? I'd probably be weirded out too if I was in college and a little senior kissed me. He's probably 3 years older than me. That's not too much?

Someone knocked at the door. "Come in!" I yelled. A small kiwi boy appeared in the doorway.

"Cal Pal!"I squealed.

"Lucifer!" He said. Cal always knows what I was feeling like. He ran over, jumped on the bed, and wrapped his arms around me.

"Cal...let go." I said as he was strangling me. "Oh, sorry." He laughed and let go of me.

"So, what's happened at school?" I asked, hoping he would fill me in on all of the clique related drama.

"Well, Abby started dating Tré, but Jasey really likes Tré, so Abby and Jasey aren't friends anymore. Tré doesn't really like Abby, he really likes that one shy girl Alexa who always sits alone. Harry was dating Miranda, but Harry was caught making out with this guy at a party. I think his name was Lewis. Then Harry came out of the closet the next day. Miranda slapped him and called him a gay twat and basically broke up with him. And now he's a loner and no one talks to him. Except for Lewis." Calum said.

I rolled my eyes at all of the drama I missed. I missed a lot. It was all petty things though. And I knew Harry was pretty deep in the closet, making out with Louis.

"Calum. His name is Louis. He was in the book club with me. I knew Harry was gay. I could feel his fruity vibes." I said. Calum laughed and squeezed my hand.

"I really missed you man." He smiled.

"Me too." I sighed.

"So, how's the hospital?"

Okay. Should I spill it or not. Should. Not. Should. Not. Should.

"I woke up with this really cute nurse by me. He has straight blond hair, hazel eyes, and really deep dimples."

"Sound okay."

"Remember that guy from the ice cream shop?"

"The one you told that your name was Slim Shady?"

"Yes Calum. Let that drop." I whined. "Anyway, that's him.

"No." Calum gasped.

"Yes! He calls me babe. He went on a date with a guy. But he was a slut. And I asked him what he was looking for. And he said someone like you, meaning me. And then..." I paused.

"He's gay?"

"Mhmm."

"So, and then..."

"I kissed him."

"You kissed him!"

"Yep. I remember the string of saliva snapping between us like it was a minute ago."

"Gross dude."

"It wasn't gross, it was love."

"Whatever."

"How's the girlfriend hunt?" I asked.

"Well. I have something to tell you...."

"What! What!"

"I'm....asexual."

"Congrats man."

"But there is a girl..."

"I thought you were asexual?"

"I like people romantically, not sexually."

"Oh. So who is it?"

"Kelsey and Grayson, or Alexa."

"Wow, choices."

"I know."

"I say Kelsey. She's your type."

"How do you know my type? You're gay."

"I'm going to pretend that I am not offended by your statement." I said, crossing my arms in front of my chest.

"Luke...." Calum whined. I ignored him.

"I'm going to leave." He threatened. I continued to ignore him. I put my hands to my ears.

"La la la. I can't hear you." I taunted. I saw Calum say something and get up.

I pulled my hands from my ears. "No!" I yelled.

"Whoa. Sounds like Lucy's coming back."

"No. She's not. Stay." I said sternly. Cal rolled his eyes and went back to his previous position on my bed.

"Cal. Will you watch a movie with me?" I asked, jutting out my lip. My moods change really fast.

"Sure." He smiled. We laid on our stomachs. I pulled my laptop in front of us. I decided to play my 1D movie. It was a 1 to 0 vote. My supremacy as always.

I swear I saw Ashton walk by my room. I ignored it and continued with my movie.

Calum didn't leave until 11 when a nurse pushed him out of my room and forced me to take some pain pills and to go to bed. Drug induced sleep is never the best sleep.

I still don't know what's going on with my mom.

I'm sorry this is short. I couldn't keep it going. Filler. I'm not good at fillers so it's mainly dialogue. And Cal is asexual. Plz don't fight me if I'm incorrect. Kind words people. Remember: I am a straight-ali white girl that doesn't mind a pumpkin spice late every now and then. Are we chill now? I hope so..
