I was sleeping quietly when I felt a kiss on my forehead, then a soft voice telling me, "Wake up."

Once I was a little bit awake I noticed the voice seemed oddly familiar, it was, Dylan, my best friend's voice.

Once again he told me,"Wake up."

Suddenly he screamed at me "Wake up!"

A splash of water fell on my face, it definitely wasn't him, my eyes fluttered opened the second I felt the cold water, the first thing my eyes saw when they adjusted to the light were my brothers, Jonah and James, smiling widely with a bucket in their hands.

"What the fuck is wrong with you?" I shouted annoyed. "It's 6 in the fucking morning."

"Well, since it's your first day of school we thought you wouldn't like to be late. Would you?" James said while raising an eyebrow. "I swear I'll kill you both"

They rushed out of my room with me chasing after them.

---------------------------------------------------

After chasing my brothers all around the house I went upstairs to take a bath.

When I finshed taking a bath I went to my room to pick what I was gonna wear today, I took out a blue graphic-tee and my black jeans, along with my favourite shoes and my old leather jacket.

Suddely the door bursted open and my little sister Jade entered into my room which scared me a little because it was unexpected.

"You should knock before entering in someone's room you know."

"Good morning to you too and yeah sorry." she smiled as she sat on my bed, she seemed to be in a good mood, she had a smirk painted on her face.

"Why are you here by the way?" I asked.

"Dad wanted me to tell you that breakfast is ready." she said while standing up and exiting the room, inmediatly my smile disappeared.

"Okay" I said when she closed the door and sighed.

My father and I never got along pretty well, we would disagree in everything involving my career, he was always very strict.

----------------------------------------

I went downstairs to eat breakfast after my father had gone to work, the house was quiet at this time, both my parents had gone to work and James and I were the only ones home, James was my twin brother, we were the oldest in the family

My brother was sitting at the breakfast bar eating his cereal while listening to Ed Sheeran, our love for his music was something we both had in common.

My hands reached out for the cereal, making noise as my various bracelets collided with each other, unfortunately, my breakfast had to be skipped because in that moment I heard someone knocking the door.

As I was expecting Dylan was 20 minutes late but I couldn't blame him because I wasn't very punctual either.

I opened the door while sipping some coffee, I woke up a bit too late and couldn't eat anything.

He was standing at my door smiling brightly, I still didn't get how he could be so chirpy and happy in the mornings.

He kissed me on the cheek instead of giving me a hug, avoiding my cup of coffee, "I missed you beautiful."

"But we saw each other yesterday." Dylan smiled "Doesn't matter."

I invited him inside and put the cup in the sink before going outside and getting into the passenger seat of his blue jeep.
