~Dylan's POV~
2 weeks later
I was angry, very angry and it was because of my twin brother.
"Look, Dylan I'm done with you telling me what to do everyday, okay? I'm eighteen years old, I think I can take care of myself!"My brother shouted at me.
"Stuart I just want you to be fine, you're my brother and I care about you." I said "Hanging out with him is not good for you, he's turning you into someone you're not, I'm worried about you."I added calmly
"You want to know the thruth, don't you?!" He aske shouting.
"Yes I want to know why your acting like this, I want to know why your wasting your time with him." Stuart's face turned red.
"Well the thruth is I spend time with Andrew because I like him, I like to be with him because- because we're together and nothing you say about him will change my mind." At this moment I was shocked, I regretted evrything I said but before I could say I was sorry my brother shut the door and went away.
'Good job Dylan, now your brother is angry at you' I thought, what a good start.
~Jessica's POV~
"And remember the Homecoming dance is next week." Mr. Harris announced before dismissing the class, now that I think about the Homecoming dance no one has asked me yet.
"Jess!" someone shouted behind me, I turned around to find a worried Chase looking at me.
"Uh, hi Chase, is everything okay?"
"Yeah, I just wanted to ask you something about Homecoming." Wait is he asking me out?
"I'm not asking you out." Chase commented as if he could read my mind "I need your help."
"With what?"I asked confused.
"Well, I want to ask Clary to Homecoming but I don't know how."Clary is Chase's best friend, she came to visit him.
"Oh, I almost forgot, Dylan told me to tell you that you need to finish the art project." I almost forgot too, we had to make the most realistic drawing of each other, last time we didn't finish.
"Sure thing. Did he tell you at what time?"Chase nooded.
"At four."
"Okay"
We talked for a few time about Clary and Homecoming, we had the perfect idea.
It was finally time for lunch, but before I could go someone called my name for the second time today, at first I thought it was Dylan wich made me happy because I haven't seen him, I turned around, it wasn't Dylan, it was Joey, he's a joke, everybody wants to be his friend because he's hot and popular
"Hey,Joey ." I said trying to sound as happy as I could.
"Jess, I well, I wanted to ask you if you would like to hang out with me after school." He said nervously while passing his hand through his blond hair.
"Yeah, sure." I responded, the worry in his hazel eyes was replaced by happiness
"Okay, see you later." he said before going with his other friends.
"Oh my. Was that Joey?" Beth asked whispering
"Yeah and he asked me out." I whispered back, "I accepted."
"You did what?!" she whispered/yelled. "You don't even like him, you like Dylan and we both know that."
"I know, I just freaked out, I don't know why I did that."
