Hanging on by a thread
Over the ocean
Stop to stare at the waves
As the set in motion
The rain may come down
But isn't it beautiful
How the drops hit the water
How such a little word
Can change a life
How humans live so they can die
And they try all they can
To stop it
We are taught feom day one
That we will die
But we just go through life
Not caring
Not knowing
Every
Second
Counts
And people try to take away
All they'll every have
Because material objects
Are not anything
And some of the best people
Are sitting on street corners
Begging for something
Anything
While others sit at home
And try to get rid of their life
While after we die what happens
Do we come back
Do we watch
The rest of our loved ones die
Do we reflect on all the memories we made? All I can say is,
Life is all we have, so forget the ast and don't let it haunt your future.
