The only thing I hate about you
Is how much you hate yourself
And I know
It only happens when your brain goes
To far to the dark
Leaving you behind
To watch your blood hit the floor
Just thinking this is how I work
Its who I am
Oh sure
The only one who can change that
Is you
You and your brain
Who you says is saying
No no no
I don't want to go go go
Back to the light
Where its alright
But thats just you saying that
Just you thinking that
Again and again
But only you can change that
So why don't you?
'Its to hard.'
Not really.
'No it is harder than you know.'
You think I don't know?
You think I don't freak out
Think I am not good enough
You know I do
And you know
It just takes the right person to talk to
So maybe instead of letting it sit there
And eat at you
Chomping away
Tell someone
Its easier to fix than you think
And don't even try
To tell me
