Katniss POV
The police started looking for Maggie and Fin already but so far nothing. Its been over 2 hours and I've had two breakdowns. Mom and Peeta are both trying to calm me down.
"Katniss...its gonna be okay. I promise you this." Peeta says gripping my shoulders. I look up into his eyes with tears streaming down my cheeks. I try to believe him but I can't. I know Finnick but I don't think I know him anymore after whats happened.
"What if he does something to her? What if he kills her?" I cry.
"Hey hey, we know Finnick. He would never do such a thing you know that Kat. Look at me." he says lifting my chin so I look up into his eyes.
"I know that.....I know....I am so worried...she's my baby." I say looking down. He sighs and cups my cheek.
"Listen to me Kat. Nothing is gonna happen to her I promise you this. I won't let it happen." he says pulling me into his arms. I cling onto his shirt and cry hard as one of the officers walk over to us.
"Mrs. Everdeen, we're looking everywhere. Don't worry. Things like this normally only last a few hours. I promise that." he says. I nod and look down. "Please no worrying." he rests his hand on my shoulder smiling sadly before leaving. I look back up to Peeta.
"Its gonna be okay. Lets try and get some rest okay? In the morning we'll look for ourselves." he says. I nod and slowly follow him up to our room. He closes the door and I snuggle into bed. I close my eyes but nothing is on my mind but the thought of never seeing my baby again.
~The Next Morning~
My night was full of tears and fear. With red eyes and sleepless thoughts I walk downstairs to the living room where I find mom. She looks up to me sadly.
"Hey honey you okay?" she asks I sit down. I shake my head and rub my eyes as she rubs my back lightly. "Its gonna be okay. I promise you this." I sigh and close my eyes.
"What if he kills her?" I say looking up to her. "Out of...of anger that I'm with Peeta."
"He wouldn't do that. You know Finnick." she says looking at me with a soft smile. "Don't worry to much. Let the police do their job okay?" I look back down when I hear footsteps on the stairs. I look up and see a messy hair, shirtless Peeta. "I'll go make you both some tea." mom stands up and walks to the kitchen. Peeta slumps over to me and sits down, curling around me.
"I didn't sleep at all." he says softly.
"Neither did I and if I did it was full of nightmares." I say leaning down and kissing his forehead. He huffs and looks up to me.
"I'm scared Kat." he says with tears pooling up in his eyes.
"I am too." I say lean down and huddling up into his arms. He holds me tightly and we let some tears out before my mom walks back in.
"Come on you two. I know your worried but Maggie wouldn't want you sitting here crying about it." she says. I smile and look up.
"Thanks mom that really helps." I say making Peeta laugh lightly.
"What I have to try." she says handing us our tea. We happily take it and sip in silence as we watch some of the local morning news.
"Now for some criminal news." he says with a slick look.
"I hate that guy. He thinks he's so damn cool." I say making mom and Peeta laugh.
"Finnick Odair has been reported as a child kidnapper! Its said that he took the newborn child of Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark. Police are still looking for him. If you have any information on this please contact the local police." he says.
"Well at least now the whole town knows we have a baby." I mutter looking down.
"Its okay Kat. Who cares about what they say or do." Peeta says pulling me close. I smile just as there's a knock on the door. Mom gets up and opens it, seeing the officers, Travis walk in.
"Mrs. Everdeen.....I'm afraid I have some bad news." he says. At that moment my heart drops to the floor. No....he's gonna say she's dead....no... "Finnick and Maggie have been spotted." I gasp.
"Where?!?!" Peeta and I say at the same time.
"Italy." he says taking the breath right from my lungs.

This, ladies and....watty's is the end of I Hate You. And I bet you all hate me for leaving the book at such a CLIFFHANGER!!!! Soooooooooooooooo what will they do? Will they get Maggie back? Will she forever vanish with Finnick in the night? How the hell did he get there in the first place if the cops are looking for him??? SO MANY QUESTIONS!!!!
