" you're good to go Karlie . Just take this prescription and you should be fine . " the nurse smiled . I grabbed my stuff and walked hand in hand with kalin .

We pulled into my driveway and we both got out . When I got inside , I rushed straight to my room . " thank you kalin .. " I mumbled , grabbing a pair of short and a t-shirt . " I'm just glad you're okay . " he whispered in my ear as he wrapped his arms around my waist . I turned around so I could see his face . He shyly smiled before placing a soft kiss on my lips . " I want pizza . " I said once he let go . " I got you . " he laughed , grabbing his phone .

" pizza !!! " I yelled , somewhat running down the stairs . I ran Into the kitchen to see kalin already eating . I hurried up and grabbed a slice and sat down .

Waking up to the smell of breakfast was always my favorite . I rolled over , taking a quick glance at my cuts . My feet hit the floor and I began walking towards the kitchen . As I walked around the corner , I see kalin standing in front of the stove , shirtless . I quietly made my way over to him and wrapped my arms around him . He jumped and quickly turned around . " you scared me ! " he laughed . I smirked before grabbing a finished plate and sitting myself down at the table . After he was finished cooking that last few pieces of bacon , he came and sat next to me . " so Grayson called last night .. " kalin mumbled . My eyes widened and shot over in his direction . " s-saying w-what ? " I stuttered . " that he just misses you and wishes to have you back . " he spoke , not looking at me . I sighed before leaving the table . I made my way over to my room and grabbed my phone off the nightstand . As I unlocked my phone , I had realised recent messages to and from Grayson . " kalin ! " I yelled , walking back into the kitchen . " you texted him last night ? " I asked . He nodded , still not looking at me .

Kalins POV ;

( flashback to last night )
" hello ? " I asked into the speaker of karlies phone .

" I miss you so so much baby . Please forgive me . You don't need that kalin kid . We were so happy together . "

" hi Grayson . "

" wait , whos this ? "

" kalin you damn idiot . Leave karlie alone . She doesn't like or need you . Move on kid . Open your eyes and see that she's better off without you ! "
With that , I ended the call and put her phone back on the nightstand . After a few minutes of complete silence , her phone went off , signalling she had a message . I picked it up and read the message to myself .

After that , he never replied . I set her phone down again and left her room to think . I went out and sat by the pool , trying to clear my mind . It obviously didn't help , seeing I was just stressing myself out from overthinking .

" don't leave me ... " I mumbled , sitting down next to him . " I won't .. " he replied , finally looking up at me . He put his hands on my face and kissed my lips .
