I saw a evil like look inside of Alex's eyes, but I saw she was blinding worry with it. She has been acting strange lately... As if... No. She couldn't be working for someone. But she is pretty strange. I still had the same questions as I had a week before. But I shrugged the thought off. Besides, I had chores to do. But then I saw Elizabeth talking with Ms. Aleecia, then both turned to look at me. Ms. Aleecia pointed at me, then signaled me to get to her as fast as I could without running...
"Cincinnati, what do you know about Alex?" She said in a menacing voice. I gulped. "N... N... Nothing mor... More than y... You m... Ma'am." I stampered. She raised an eyebrow, then put her pedicured hands and long, sharp nails on her large legs and squatted. I was surprised she could even squat, let alone not petrify Alex with what she said next:
"Well then, I have a mission. For you." She hissed. I forced down tears. "For me?" I echoed. She nodded hastily, then continued. "Yes. From now to further notice," she whispered, and leaned in close, her breath smelt of rotten cheese, and I remembered she only brushed her teeth a week before either a dentist, doctor, hair or spa appointment. "You, will spy on Alex daily. Do half your chores in the morning, as will everyone else. But you will have less chores, almost as much as Elizabeth. Then, after lunch during a new thing called freebie stat, you will talk to Alex, then before bed, you must meet Elizabeth in the basement and report your findings. If you succeed in finding out what I'm looking for, then you will be at the highest rank with Elizabeth, get the greatest clothes, and, above all, you..."
