Young Hee's pov :
"When X equals 50 and Y equals 35, check whether they've given the value of z. If not, then consider the formula from the previous equation X equals Y equals z and substitute the given values. So that'll be 50 = 35 = z, where z is the anonymous. Considering, the previous law, when Y is X+z and z is "
"Jason"
"equal to X+Y, substitute those arrangements in the above equation "
"Jason"
"bring the Y to the right hand side and X to the left hand side"
"JASON!" Gosh he finally stopped. He was now looking at me taken aback by my sudden whoop. "It's been continuously two hours. I really can't concentrate. Can we wind up for a bit?" I asked looking at him innocently hoping he'll give up. But he was only staring at me, or glaring?
"Seriously Young Hee, I know it's been two hours but just see how much we've worked. We barely completed five sums." He whined.
I rolled my eyes "I know. But I can't really concentrate. Listening continuously for two Lord hours, oh my god, I'm already exhausted." I breathed out fanning my hands in front of my face for air.
"We're you even listening Young Hee?" He squinted his eyes at me.
"What? Of course!" I squealed "Why do you even ask me a question like that?"
"Because you didn't look like you did. Look at your note. You didn't even scribble a letter and I noticed you were look elsewhere while I was explaining and--"
"I listened." I cut him off a little coldly.
He stared at me for a second before tearing a paper from his note and scribbling some crap on it. It looked like a question though. He placed the paper in front of me. I looked back up at him with what-the-hell-is-this-thing? look.
"Here. Work out this problem. It's nothing complicated. Perhaps, it's the most simplest sum of all. Have you listened to me, you can easily crack this up. C'mon...." He shot a glance at the paper. I was perplexed.
Is he trying to test me?
Okay. That couldn't be any tough. It is easy. It must be.
I sighed and grabbed my pencil. Knowing that Jason is not a easy type of person to perform any flattery to ease him up. He wouldn't give up. He won't fall for anything. Not even to all those Korean agyeos.
My nose cringed upon seeing the question. I knew it was something he just taught me because it had some Xs and Ys in it. But Jesus! I really didn't listen. Not even a single word. Of course, I'm a human too. How the hell can I sit continuously for two hours listening to this math crap. My brain would explode. So as a precaution, I didn't listen.
He sighed when he saw me sitting still. "Mrs.Luicinda is right. You badly need a tutor to teach you math for days and nights togather. Even then you won't pass!" He grumbled.
"Okay okay." I slammed the pencil on my study table desk. "I'm sorry. I wasn't listening. But trust me, after ten minutes of break, I promise I'll start listening. I'll even take a test, if you want....you know, proof." He sighed hard closing his eyes. I bit my lower lips waiting patiently for him to agree.
C'mon just ten minutes won't ruin your life...!
"Okay." He exhaled and looked at me.
