Dawns classes flew by today, she was already on her way to 6th period and it felt like she had just gotten there. That didn't bother her much, her 6th hour was her favorite, psychology. Ever since her hospital recovery shes been extremely fascinated with how the mind worked, which was strange considering the interest came out of no where.

She took her seat in the third row four seats down.

"Good morning class." Mr Caldwell said entering the class room.

Mr Caldwell was a frail looking old man, with an unusual yet wise mind. His frail bones and salt and pepper hair reminded her almost of Einstein.

He glanced down at the newsletter he was holding with one hand and pushing his glasses up with the other.

He was handing out our the newsletters to the students and stopped next to my desk. He offered me a warm smile, causing the lines around his mouth to show more prominently.

"Good afternoon, Dawn." He said in a soft rasp like voice.

"Good afternoon Sir." Dawn said warmly returning the smile.

He set the paper on her desk as she began to skim over it.

'Dear students.

This Week I will be staying in Colarado for a few nights visiting my dear Aunt kelly, who has fallen ill out of the blue. each and everyone of you have plenty of work to complete while I am away. If any of you complete the work before I return, feel free to kindly ask the substitute to start lessun 8. I Hope you all have a Pleasant week.

-Professor Caldwell.'

Dawn was extremely confused. First of all this man never took off work, even for his own wife and children. Second, who was Aunt Kelly? The professor and her spoke on personal levels quite often as he was her physiologist as well as her teacher. Shes herd of an Aunt Jude..but never an aunt Kelly. But strangest of all she couldn't help but notice all of the grammatical and spelling errors. It didn't really matter to her, her grammar was horrible. But that just wasn't like Mr. Caldwell, He was a grammar geek! He use to be an English teacher. For Christs sake he was just lecturing a student yesterday for his misuse of their and there!!

Dawn scanned the room to see if anyone else had notice the errors, but it didn't seem anyone did. She didn't know why this irked her so much, but it did.

She decided to go up there. As she approached his desk he smiled at her, as if he was expecting her.

"Yes, Ms Adalin?"

"I'm sorry for bothering you professor but I was just curious who printed up these newsletters?"

"I did, my dear."

Dawn looked at him wearily for a moment before speaking again.

"Where you feeling..well when you wrote these?"

"You mean the misspells and grammatical errors?" Mr Caldwell said cleaning the lens of his glasses.

If he knew..why wouldn't he have fixed it before he printed them?

He put down his glasses and looked up at her noting her confusion. Mr. Caldwell smiled knowingly  and leaned forward lowering his voice.

"Well..maybe we can make it an assignment, then we can discuss it at your psych appointment tonight. I don't want anyone to help you either. You must do it on your own. Do you understand?"

He had a frighteningly serious tone to his voice.

Dawn nodded still utterly confused, and returned to her desk, pulling out a highlighter.

First off W should not be capitalizedDawn thought highlighting the W.

Colorado is misspelled, she highlighted the a. A.

 Kelly should be capitalized. K.

As should e. E.

Lesson is not spelled with a u. U.

And pleasant should in no way be capitalized. P.

Dawn held the paper up to exam it entirely. When she noticed the letters highlighted spelled out a message, her head began to ache and she almost dropped the paper.

W-A-K-E-U-P.
