~~wedding day~~

I had been dreading this day just as much as anyone else probably. I know the plan will work today, but I still can't stand the thought of Ravenna and Marc together. They don't belong together.

I can't wait to be at that alter. To have everyone say "I object". For myself, to be the last objection. For everything to fall into place.

I stare at my reflection in the mirror. A light blue and black dress. It's spaghetti strapped with black covering my top and light blue ruffles for the bottom. It's comes down to my knees in the front and in the back it has a small train. To top the outfit off, black flats. To top the entire outfit off, I wore small earrings, a small necklace, and curled my hair. If Marc is going to see me, this will be the best way.

Most of us are still at the tower, while the other half I already in Vanaheim. Loki stayed here, on Midgard, to help me stay calm. Speaking of which, I should go see him.

I step of out my room, only to be greeted by Clint, Thor, and Loki, who stands at the end of the hallway.

"Well?" I ask.

"I'll be damned if he doesn't pick you over Ravenna." Loki chuckled.

"Awe, thanks." I say, hugging him, "I haven't said it yet, but you really have changed and for the greater good."

"I tried." He sighed.

"You accomplished." I giggle.

"Alright, now, let's get to that wedding." He said pulling me back and walking with me, until we found Thor again.

Outside of the tower, we reunited with Clint and Thor. Onto Vanaheim, now. The closer we get to this wedding, the more I want to throw up. Nervousness rises within me, scared of the worst possible thing that could happen. What if, in the three weeks Marc has spent with Ravenna, he fell in love with her?

As we arrive into Vanaheim, Loki, Clint, and Thor all start toward the wedding area. I head to a small building that stands near the reception. It hasn't started yet, so I have enough time to look myself over and calm down.

Inside the building, I find Natasha and Anna. They wear beautiful dresses that come down to the mid-calf. They're gorgeous.

"Aw, Stephanie, you're so pretty!" Anna squeals.

"You are too!" I laugh, "Natasha, you look wonderful, as well."

"Thanks, sweetie." She smiled.

Anna looked herself over in the mirror and smiled at her reflection.

"Oh, Steph, you and my dad came up with fool-proof plan! I love it!" She squealed.

"Thanks. It was all Loki, though." I tell her.

"The only thing is, if Marc doesn't marry Ravenna..then who will keep the agreement?" I ask, worried.

"Oh, I already have the answer, but it's a surprise." Anna winked, "anyway, I think the wedding is about to start. You better be ready."

Anna and Natasha walked out to go to the ceremony. The door closed behind them and every nerve hit me at a hundred miles an hour. My heart thumped against my chest and my breathing quickened.

Okay, I can do this. I can do this. I will do this. I know I can do this. Here goes.

I step out of the building and watch as Marc walked up the aisle and waited for Ravenna. Luckily, he didn't see me. I stood there for a moment, while seeing Ravenna walk down the aisle.

Marc was right...she's not that pretty.

The priest began talking and I took my place, where no one could see me yet.

"Does anyone object to this marriage?" The priest asked the crowd.

This is their cue. Go!

"I object." Dad yelled.
"I object." Natasha yelled.
"I object." Clint yelled.
"I object." Loki yelled.
"I object." Alice yelled.
"I object." Anna laughed.

That's six.. One by one, they all stood up, raised their hands and yelled "i object."

"What the hell....I object." Bruce stood.
"I object." Thor boomed.
"I object." Steve snapped.

Nine. Here is my cue. Now.

I walk to the end of the aisle and watch as Demarcus glares at me.

"I object." I smile.

Ten. Complete.

It was a moment, when all I could see was him. He and I. Sparks flew, instantly and all I could feel was massive butterflies in my stomach. My heart was racing, as Marc started toward me. I did the same. Slow at first, then full speed.

Meeting halfway, I jumped into his arms. He spun me around. My own little fairytale. It's all perfection. All I care about is this moment. This moment with the one I love. His lips fell onto mine and at that second, everything changed. I want to be his forever. This is where I want to be.

I feel as if I'm soaring and I'll never have to look back because all I see is a future with him. Nothing else matters.

As we pulled back, he still held me in his arms. Can't this moment last forever? Everyone on the left side was clapping. All of our family, happy to see Marc and I together.

The King stood on top of the stage and yelled for attention, "what about our alliance? Our treaty? You still need someone to marry one of my children."

I tensed, until Anna stood up and headed for the stage. Moments later, another guy stood on the stage next to Anna. I'm guessing he's one of the King's children. They held each others hands.

I smiled at them both. This is the best day of my life.

As I laid my head on Marc's chest, he pulled me back.

His eyes gleamed with brightness and I couldn't help, but smile back.

"Steph, if you don't want to, just say no. But, would you like to be my girlfriend?" Marc asked, looking down on me.

Does he even have to ask??

I paused for a moment, then nodded happily.

A relationship with Marc, gives me all I ever wanted. Passionate, love, danger. It doesn't scare me. It excites me.

"Stephanie Stark, I love you." Marc whispers into my ear.

"I love you too, Demarcus Lokison." I whispered back.
