Chapter 4 - New Friends

      They pull into their new house about ten minutes later. They both squeal and jump out of the car.
Christopher runs to the door and try's to open it but it's locked. He looks at her excitedly "Hurry Danny we have to go in to our house!" He yelps in delight. She laughs and unlocks the door, they walk/run into the house and spin in a circle looking around.

"Do I get my own room?" He asks, his eyes wide. "Of course bud." She smiles at him. His mouth drops open and his eyes widen even more. "Which one do I get?" H says quietly. "Which ever one you want" she says laughing.
He runs up the stairs and runs into the first room, which to his disappointment is a closet. He shuts it and moves to the next room, Danny right behind him.

He goes into the master bedroom, scrunches his face up and goes to the next. He walks into a smaller room and his face immediately lights up. "I want this one!" he says with excitement. "Alright the moving truck should be here soon." Danny says smiling.

Her phone makes a noise and she takes it out of her pocket to look.

Did you make it there ok? -Jack

She smiled and started to type back.

Yea we did, the moving truck should be here any time now. Thanks :)

She shove my phone in her back pocket and starts to walk to a different room when her phone goes off again.

I will be over in a couple minutes to help unload -Jack

She  smiles down at her phone.

You really don't have to Jack

He convinces her that he's helping and she sends him the address.
Danny smiles in excitement at the thought of having a great friend in a new place already....
