I examined the stone carefully. It was a dark ebony- grey colour, with yellow insides and ridges. I looked at Diamond. "I thank you, Diamond. I do." I shook her hand once more before I inserted the gemstone into the amulet I had. I felt the Sodalite once more before I went to set it on the fourth stone. It was a sign of greif. First for sickness, Second for murder. Third for born dead, fourth for forced into hiding. Fifth for betrayal, sixth for treason. Seventh for assassination, eighth for sacrificed. Ninth for drowning, tenth for suicide. Eleventh for died during labor and twelfth for poisoned. However the thirteenth stone was when a person is deputized and gives up their stone for a new one. If they then became a leader, they would have a Diamond and give up their deputy stone. It was like this for dynasties. This would be also where young ones would choose a new stone. I felt a child tackle me to see two green haired children. "Sodaliitttee!!! Can you tell us a story about Onyx?" The boy asked."Slow down.. What are your gemstones?"
"I am a Chrysolite, and here is Chrysophase. Onyx was our mother." The girl said. She held out her clear squared Chrysolite, but her brother held out a solid, bright Chrysophase with darker flecks." I don't think so Chrysi." Said Agate. He pushed the green haired twins away and sat down beside me. "Everything has changed, hasn't it?" I looked over into his hazy purple eyes."Yes.. Everything has. We are the only ones left of winter. I wish she hadn't died that way though. I glared at him."Don't.. Don't talk about her. I cared for her much more than you could have imagined. But know this, Agate. If she was alive, she would kill me. " I said. Agate gripped my shoulder. "You should have been able to get a new weapon and form, Are you ready?" He said, changing the subject. I nodded as he unstealthed his blade. He shoved it into my ribcage, and I was gone in a second. I reappeared seconds later, feeling the cyan grass under my toes. I looked down at my clothes. They were a deep shade of grey-blue. I was dressed in a steampunk theme, a golden bandana and goggles on my head. I couldn't see my hair, so it must be tied up. I touched two fingers to my amulet than pulled away, causing a bright flash. In my hand was a dagger and chained to it on the ground was another. I guess it was ment for throwing. I looked at Agate, who was clearly in awe. "I need a mirror. Do you have one close by?" I asked. He nodded and handed me a hand held mirror. My eyes were a real grey colour, and my hair was a shade of grey with yellow tinges.
"I still do wish Winter was here to see you." Agate said.

I glared at him. "Winter would scold me. She always praised the almighty Agate!" I said sarcastically.

"Yeah, right. All hail me!" He took a stick and used it as a scepter.

"Oh, I gravel in your presence!"
