Cress was walking with Thorne to their next class when he leaned in closer to her. Cress could feel her cheeks burn a bright red.

"I'm hungry." Thorne stated

"Ummm. Ok?" Cress said.

"Do you want to get a snack for the vending machines?"

"No."

"Why?"

"Well be late for class and get in Trouble."

"No we won't."

"Are you sure?" Cress was hesitant. She didn't want to get in trouble. Ever. Cress was terrified of dentition.

"Of course!" Thorne yelled shooting her a proud smile.

"Ummmm......... I really don't want to-" Cress was cut off by Thorne.

"Awesome lets go!" Thorne yelled again. Receiving weird looks for students in the hallway.

When they got over to the vending machines Cress heard the bell ring and she flinched.

"We're late!" Cress whispered to Thorne hoping the won't get caught.

"We're fine. Relax." Thorne assured her grabbing the chips out of the vending machine.

"Well, well, well what do we have here?"

Cress turned around and gasped. Pure terror washed over her face when she saw Mrs Sybil glaring at the two of them.

"principles office now!" Mrs. Sybil yelled at the two of them.

Thorne went into the office first because he got in trouble often. It seemed like years until he and the principle came out of the office.

"Crescent, Carswell explained everything thing. Don't worry you won't be going to detention, but he will. I would never want a student to get in trouble for something that they did not do."

The principal walked out leaving the two to talk. Cress' mouth was hanging open with shock and Thorne was smirking.

"W-why am I not going to detention?" Cress stared at Thorne waiting for an answer.

"I made up a story so you wouldn't get detention. Sorry I would love to talked but I have a class to get to." Thorne explained with way too nonchalantly.

Thorne walked out and left cress in shock.

Imagine your otp sneaking out of class to go buy some food from the vending machines. Person A worried they'll get caught while person B reassures them they wont. They do. B takes the blame and punishment for A.

Author's Note

I got super lazy with this one. That is why the principle does not have a name. Thanks for reading!
