Cinder was at six flags with Peony and Iko. They were in line to ride the American Eagle. When they got to the front of the line an employee asked how many people.
"Three" peony said.
"One of will have to ride with someone else." The employee said, rather annoyed by the fact we didn't read the sign. Iko and Peony turned towards me.
I let out a sigh and say"I guess I will."
Great. Now I'll probably be riding with a sweaty, fat, 50-year old man. Eventually someone brought me to another part of the cart. I look over to who I would be riding with. He was definitely not a 50- year old fat guy. He was probably a little older then her. Black hair that swept over his face, tan skin, and caramel colored eyes. He was actually pretty hot, but cinder dismissed the thought.
Instead she said "hey I'm Cinder".
The guy Said nothing to her for a few seconds. His ears turned a bright red. Cinder instantly felt bad. What if he didn't speak English and she just made this supper awkward.
Finally he said something "uh, I'm Kai." They just sat there in silence until they got in there seats.
"So are you ready? " Cinder questioned, because she was honestly a little nervous herself.
"Nope." Kai replied with a light chuckle.
"How bout you?" He asked.
"A little nervous." I said cautiously.
Kai let out a sigh of relief and smiled. "At least I'm not the only one. " right after he said that the ride started.
