Waking up I feel the heaviness of my pure white husky on my feet. 'Damn dog loves making sweat in my sleep.' I thought as I shift my feet, making Sky look up at me, her baby ice blue eyes has sleep and slight anger. She tends to love sleeping on my body parts for some odd reason. I turn my head to the digital clock on the desk just a foot away. I groan reading 6:30, 'why in thy f!ck can't I ever sleep in?' I questioned. Sitting up I reach over to my nightstand for my kindle that layed on top of Stephen king's It, I could not feel the kindle let alone pick it up, Hell I didn't even feel the book or nightstand. I turn my head to see what the hell is going on, only to see nothing, the black nightstand wasn't there, nothing was there not even the creme colored carpet. I look at the digital clock to see if it was there still, it was but the rest of the desk was empty, no laptop, no papers, no pens, just the clock. The chair wasn't there as well.

I turn to my dog only to see that she's covered in blood. 'What the Hell' I thought as I reached to her. When my hand layed on her rib cage I couldn't feel it go up and down. She wasn't breathing, my dog wasn't f!cking breathing, how the hell? I hover over her breathless body, seeing her face, it was covered in blood, her baby ice blue eyes were wide open, they still held life and were full of rage, anger, and sadness. I felt tears coming out of my eyes, the only thing I truly loved, and trusted was lifeless before me. Though her eyes still held life it wasn't possible that she was still alive. Then a voice in my head started screaming at me to press on Sky's chest and give her mouth to mouth, but I couldn't bring myself to actually do it.

I don't know why I couldn't help her live, I felt as if I couldn't do anything on my own any more. All was lost and I was all alone in this hell we call life. I backed away from my dog's dead body to my pillows. Pulling my knees to chest and placing my head on them, I just balled. I couldn't help it, it just happened. I then felt the bed shifting and a wet nose on my right arm and something furry on my feet. I slowly lift my head and look at the thing next to me. It was Sky but she still had that look in her eyes and the blood on her face. This confused me, I placed my hand on her chest only to feel a gooey substance instead of soft fur. I looked at my hand. I noticed a huge hole were her heart should be and just a lot of blood. I almost screamed in the dream and that is when I woke up.

It was just a dream, a horrible dream.
