Dear diary,

10/9/14

I hurt myself today. It had been two nights but I couldn't take it. Vanessa called me an ugly whore and I let it get to me. I just wish I had someone here to hug me and comfort me when I need it.

Yeah I have Destiny and Jade but they're not what I'm looking for.

I'm looking for a sweet caring guy. A guy who will come visit me when I need him to and hug me until I stop crying. Someone that will watch Netflix with me until the break of dawn. I want a real man.

Norman sighs. He could be that man. He could be the best guy ever for her.
But it won't happen.

Kate let's a tear fall from her eye before shutting her diary and setting it on her nightstand. She sits in bed for a couple minutes, holding her pillow close and crying into it.

Her eyes starting to hurt and she turned her lamp off and climbed under the covers, holding them tight to her.
It was a nice night tonight so she left her window open, enjoying the breeze.

She was almost asleep when she heard a twig snap from outside. Kate lived in a woody area and it wouldn't be uncommon to have a deer in her front lawn. It still scared her though.

She cuddled closer to the blanket when the creature sounded as if it was walking towards her house.

Norman heard the noise too and sensed something bad. He noticed her scared expression and looked around from the tree he was in. He saw nothing at first and thought maybe his senses were off and it's just a squirrel.

The sounds continue and Norman saw it. Saw her. Laura.

His blood ran cold as he saw the figure lingering around the house, twirling her dress as she walked. Norman hopped out of the tree and dashed towards Laura.

"Leave" he growled and grabbed ahold of her arm.

Laura giggled and pulled herself away from him and stood underneath Kate's window. It was a two story house so Kate's window was higher up.

Norman rushed over and grabbed Laura by the throat, slamming her to the ground with his super strength. "You will not hurt her! How many times do I have to say that?!" Norman growls through gritted teeth.

Laura gasps and claws at Normans hands. Leaving scratch marks that disappear as soon as they appear.

Laura kicks Norman between the legs and he falls off her, clutching his junk and groaning. "You're getting weak.. I'll get her eventually" she says and smiles. And just like that, she was gone.

Norman sat on the cold hard ground, holding himself and groaning. "Fuckin' bitch" he grumbles and tries to stand.

He stood up and jumped a little. Trying to get sensation back there. The pain subsided and Norman retreated back to his tree, where he checked on Kate.

She had closed her window, and her curtains. Norman sighs, how is he gonna watch over her.

He hated doing this but he had to make sure she was ok. He became invisible and transported himself into her room. He sat in a white chair in the corner of her room. It wasn't comfortable but he didn't need to sleep. He doesn't even have his own bed. Hell he didn't even have his own house. His nights were spent in a tree or in this chair watching over his girl.

She was ok. Tears stained her face but she was ok.

She was clutching her blanket and soft snores escaped her. Norman smiled at the sight. He fought the urge to brush the fallen hair from her face.

He enjoyed the peaceful hour or so where she slept dreamlessly. No nightmares just solid sleep. She looked so calm and peaceful.

But, that hour passed to quickly and Norman began noticing her twitches and whimpers for help.

Norman closes his eyes and gets into her dreams. He sees Laura there again. She was torturing this poor girl to death.

This time Laura had Kate pinned into a wall. A corner. No where to go no where to run.

Kate was shaking and crying terribly. Even in her dreams Norman wanted to cradle her and tell her everything will be ok.

Just like every night, Norman was able to rip Laura off and wake Kate up before she talked to him.

He did it because he knows it would make it harder to resist her if he allowed himself to have her in her dreams.

Norman opens his eyes and watches as Kate sits up, taking heavy breaths and looking around the room as if the cause is in here.

Good thing Norman has the capability to be invisible because her eyes scan over the chair he is in.

He smiles at her pretty blue eyes. He loves how they sparkle when she talks about things she likes.

She takes a deep breath and lays flat on the bed, laying her hands across her chest. The silent sobs follow after. "Why me?" She asks through her tears. "Why? What did I do?" She adds.

Norman feels his heart break. He wants to comfort her. To hug her. He wants her so bad.

He stands up and walks over to the side of the bed. Brushing his hand over the sobbing girls cheek.

She flinches and looks around the room but quickly dismissed the feeling as a muscle twitch or bug.

Norman sighs and backs away from the girl. He must resist the temptation.
