Lewis was holding his head in his hands when Hannah walked in. She cocked her head at him. She walked around to the back of him and wrapped her arms around his neck. She kissed his forehead gently.

“Simon’s screaming?” He smiled and nodded. “Oh, my poor baby.” She giggled and turned his head to face hers. “I love you.” She moved into him and kissed him. “Are you coming home now?”

“No, I have to stay here. I’ll be home soon though.” She nodded and kissed the top of his head.

“I’ll see you at home.” She walked out leaving Lewis sat there. He waited till she was gone and opened the browsed, looking for the website he had just closed. He scanned his history till he saw it. He opened it and the picture stood out.

“You will soon be Mrs Hannah Brindley.” He smiled. He clicked the order button on the site and entered all his details, then headed home. He walked into the apartment and slumped down onto the couch.

“Hey, my little spaceman.” She smiled and curled up next to him. He wrapped his arm around her shoulders. “What were you doing?”

“Making sure everyone was gone and everything was off.” She moved closer to him. She fell asleep. He fell asleep with her and let his head loll backwards onto the back of the sofa.

“Lewis?” He sleepily opened his eyes and saw Hannah in front of him. “We have to go to the office.” Lewis groaned and got up. He wrapped his arms around Hannah’s waist and they headed to the office. They hopped into Lewis’ car and drove to Yogtowers. They got out and walked inside, kissing as they split into their different offices. “See you later baby.” Hanna kissed his nose and walked into her office. Lewis waited till she was in and editing, then knocked on the door of Simon’s office.

“Yeah, who is it?” Simon’s voice came from inside.

“It’s me friend.” Lewis said. Simon opened the door and let him in. “I need to tell you something.” Lewis explained the situation to Simon who was really happy about it. “So I was wondering... if you would be my best man.” Simon didn’t say anything. “Simon?”

“AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! Yes!” Simon screamed. Lewis covered his ears.

“Ok... but you have to be quiet and tell no one.” Simon nodded while he held in another ‘AAAAAAH!’ Lewis walked out of the office, shutting the door behind him and walking to his office. There was a small package on his desk. “It’s here.” He walked over and opened it carefully. Inside was the ring. The small ruby sat on the golden band. “It’s perfect for her.” He heard a knock on the door; he opened his desk drawer quickly and stuffed the ring in it. “Come in.”

“Hey Lewis.” It was Duncan. “I was wondering do you want to play Voltz with Simon and me?”

“Yeah sure, I’ll join the server in a moment and we can get started.” Duncan nodded and walked back to his office. Lewis turned his computer on and logged onto the server. He looked at the landscape around him and saw large holes around the base. “DUNCAN!” He heard Duncan and Simon laughing over the chat. “What happened?” Simon was too busy laughing to answer.

“I may have set off some explosives.” Duncan said through his laughter. Lewis groaned. “I can fix it, I think.” Simon burst into laughter again and Lewis started laughing.

“I can’t believe you two.” He went to the chests and grabbed some dirt, carefully covering all the holes. “At least you didn’t pull a Sjin.”

“That’s a good point. I’m going to find more animals seen as how Duncan killed the other ones.” Duncan chuckled while Simon walked into the forest in search of cows. “I still can’t believe you thought a floating farm would work.”

“Sorry Simon. Seemed like a good idea at the time.” Simon, Duncan and Lewis recorded for a while then they went out for lunch. They went to Starbucks and ordered a coffee each to take away. Simon was fidgeting; he wanted to tell Duncan about the thing. They arrived back at Yogtowers with coffee for everyone. Duncan went and handed them out. Lewis turned to Simon.

“I’m going to do it tonight. I’m leaving now to set up, if Hannah asks where I am say that I’m shopping for food. We need some.” Simon nodded and Lewis walked to the supermarket. He picked up some supplies and food that he was going to cook tonight then walked back home. He cooked the meal. It was a steak with new potatoes and vegetables. He set out the table then remembered he had left the ring at Yogtowers. He ran back and made sure he wasn’t seen, grabbed the ring then ran back home. He laid out the table and got the meals ready, putting them in the oven to keep them warm. He sat on the couch waiting for her to get back; he slowly started to fall asleep. He woke with a start when he heard a car door outside. He looked out of the window and saw Hannah getting out of Duncan’s car and waving goodbye. She walked into the building and Lewis ran to the bathroom to sort out his hair and make sure he looked fine. Hannah walked through the door and into the living room.

“Lewis, are you here?” He leapt from the bathroom and leaned against the wall behind her. She turned and jumped a little. “Lewis, you scared me.” She hugged then kissed him.

“I have a surprise for you.” She giggled. “You know like it’s our 3 year anniversary, I have prepared a special meal.” She smiled. “Follow me.” He sat her at the table and walked into the kitchen then walked back out carrying two champagne glasses and a bottle of red wine.

“Oh Lewis.” Hannah had a smile on her face. Lewis poured the wine then went and got the meals.

“For my beautiful lady.” He sat down opposite her. “A toast,” He lifted his glass. “To us.” They clinked glasses and drank.

“Lewis I can’t believe you did all this for me.”

“Why shouldn’t I?” He smiled. “Now, let’s eat.” They ate their meal. “Now for the dessert.” Lewis walked into the kitchen and grabbed two plates with cake on them from the fridge. He pulled the ring from his pocket and placed it gently on top of her cake; he walked in and placed the cake in front of her. She saw the ring. He placed his cake on the table.

“Lewis, why is there a ring on my cake?” He walked back round to Hannah and got down on one knee, removing the ring from the cake and wiping in with a napkin. Hannah’s eyes widened.

“Hannah Rutherford. Will you do me the honour of becoming Mrs Hannah Brindley?” Lewis held the ring out and looked up to her. She looked at him for a moment.

“Y-yes...” Lewis put the ring on her finger and hugged her tightly. She started to cry into his shoulder.

“Thank you so much Hannah. I love you.” He kissed her and she deepened the kiss.

“I love you too my little spaceman.” They sat on the couch and fell asleep. Hannah’s head rested on Lewis’ lap.
