                                                       Redin's POV

Redin Blaze led a life far less exciting or interesting as his name. He came from a small area in Kentucky in the city of Louisville. To him things always seemed rather dull, the two most entertaining things that happened for Red, what he prefers to be called, were his music and the fact he has had a girlfriend for a month. Redin is a normal guy for the most part; he makes good grades and behaves pretty well, but like the rest of us he has problems. For one he was a loner except for his one friend Ashlynn, he got picked on for being Gothic, and before he got a girlfriend he was accused of being gay, which he wasn't. All thanks to the fact he once said that he didn't any issues with them or the way they were. People at his school are just a bunch of judgmental assholes that he couldn't wait to get away from. Also Red harbored some secrets that he had to battle with everyday of his life, things that he decided to keep to himself.

Other than all of these things Redin was fairly happy, well he was until this moment because his girlfriend was about to claim herself as the "ex girlfriend."

"Redin? Are you even listening to me?" Marcy yelled.

Yea he hadn't been listening to a thing she said, but he figured he shouldn't say that so he ignored her question by asking his own, "Why do you call me that? You know I hate it."

"And does that matter right this second?! No it doesn't, what matters is the fact I don't think you really care for me!" She cried, she was really whining to be honest.

Red didn't know why but he just didn't care, it wasn't Marcy's fault he couldn't care for her the way she needed him to, someone along time ago him that way. They made him cold, unfeeling, and harsh as a person. He needed certain kind of person to heal him, to make him feel whole again. Unfortunately Marcy wasn't that person and he knew it.

"Red you have to answer me! This is for the sake of our relationship!" At this point it looked like she was really going to cry, but she wouldn't since she was to strong for that or she never truly cared about Redin.

He wished she would stop talking about this "problem" because she had been talking about it for three hours and he was itching to master Patrick's guitar part from Alesana in the song "A Most Profound Quiet." So this whole thing was getting in the way.

"Fine! You know what Red? We're through! I'm sick of this shit, you have no clue how to treat a girl! I bet my ex Mitch was right! You're gay and that's why you can't care for me! That's it isn't it? You're a fag!" She shouted, but at the end she couldn't hold back her laughter.

Red could feel the rage choking him and he was pretty sure his topaz eyes were gaining a red tent which only happened when he was angry or aroused, but at the moment the second did not even cross his mind.

'You can't say that you don't even know me like you think you do! You have no fucking idea what I dealt with!' He choose to keep those words to himself, he knew that they would somehow bite him in the ass one day if he did. So he said what he could say, "You bitch! I am not gay! I don't give a fuck what you or anyone else says! Your all the same and if you are gonna be like the rest of them, then I don't even want be with you! So you can just get out of my life!"

As he basically blew up on her he proceeded to shove her out of his house, but before he could shut the door in her face she yelled out, "Homo!"

He slammed the door shut with all his might, rattling the door frame and fell to his knees as tears streamed down his cheeks. He hated everyone here, he hated this town, and he hated this burden he was forced hide everyday. He wanted something to change and it needed to be good for once. As Redin toke the stairs to his room and began to play his guitar, he had no idea that his internal wish was about to come true... and very soon at that.
