His house doesn't look too bad at all, it is a simple cottage in the outskirts of the town with a beautiful scenery at its backyard. It blends perfectly well among the other homes in this humble side of Philadelphia.

Gerhard was walked into the house, to see a rather simple dining layout with a good window view.

"Hope ya like it, its my only 'ouse, been livin' ere for 4 years now, during this forsaken war.." Garett muttered as he removed his boots and set them aside. He sauntered into the interior before stopping beside Gerhard. He sighed before turning his head to him, giving him a tired and dark look. Gerhard tried not to flinch into the stare, instead he looked back into his eyes, daring him to say something.

He sighed again before starting, "Gerhard, look, after all these 'ears, I've been wantin' to tell ya, I'm kinda-"

"Who is this new man?" A loud feminine voice rang in the same room as they were.

A female, a native female, stood defiantly in the dining room chewing an apple. She definitely didn't look pleased, she looked rather... annoyed.

"Ah, Gerhard, meet Alsoomese, I've raised her since she's a wee kid, she's livin' ere too," "Don't wee kid me, Caleb, I am a grown woman," She is fast in her defense, "This man, is he from the British army?"

"Yes, Alsoomese, once,"

"That doesn't make a difference, Caleb, if he is from them, he has to go,"

"Alsoomese, please, be reasonable, he's captured from Trenton, okay girl? He's now workin' for us, and gettin' paid for it, I paid for 'im,"

"Hmmph," Alsoomese once again bit into her apple before stomping out of the room, leaving the two men. "Heh, sorry for 'er behavior, she can be a lil' hot-headed and suspicious, 'specially to strangers," He chuckled lightly before noticing the still serious air around Gerhard as he continued staring at him. He eventually broke the stare as he looked about his interior again and finally spoke, "Nice house, your hideout I guess, after all these years, hmmph, great place to hide, like the cowardly maus you are. Oh, and also," He gestured towards his bonds, "I would greatly appreciate if you would undo the ropes on my hands, it is getting uncomfortable,"

Garett glared at him for a moment, he then simply smiled slightly and moved to retrieve a hidden knife from his coat, only to violently back Gerhard up against a wall and place the said knife on his neck. Gerhard gasped from the sudden move, and he breathed heavily as he felt the sharp blade on his neck. He refused to submit to him, this traitor, this... Assassin. He bored daggers into his eyes.

"Don't tell me what to do, Hessian. I can be nice, but if ya take me for granted, I won't 'esitate to use violence," He pressed the knife further into his neck to emphasize his point, before releasing Gerhard and letting him catch his breath.

Between coughs, Gerhard glared at him, "You do know I have asthma, you idiot, you do not want an attack to happen,"

Garett simply shrugged as he kept the knife back into his baggy coat, he gestured Gerhard to follow him as he led him into the various rooms, only to pause in a rather cozy, small room with a simple bed and a lampstand.

"'ere's yer room, it's small but its all I got," He paused to retrieve the knife and cut off the ropes which started to sting on his hands. Gerhard went to rub the red lines as he walked to the small window overlooking the green fields with the snowy mountains in the distant.

"It's nice, danke," He admits it, just without the smile. He had no idea why Garett is being so nice to him, they are enemies! Gott...

"Well, I'll be takin' my leave then, make yerself comfortable," He closes the door.

Gerhard went to sit on the bed, still rubbing his sore wrists. He just wanted to leave, damnit, to get out of this situation. He grunted in frustration.
