it was halloween and josh had wanted to be something cute with tyler. he had finally set on them being frank and donnie from tyler's favorite movie 'donie darko.' tyler was donnie of course, while josh sported the demonic bunny costume.
brendon was throwing a halloween party and invited the two, so of course they had to go. once they were ready, they got in josh's car and made their way towards brendon's place.

tyler bounced his knee anxiously, he'd never been to a hallween party, let alone a party in general. he didn't know what to expect in all honesty. josh sensed his boyfriends nervousness and put the car in park.
"hey, ty, just breathe. everythings gonna be okay. i'm here with you." josh said as he rubbed comforting shapes on tyler's hand.
"I-I know but it's just all this people and stuff, it gets kinda overwhelming for me." tyler stuttered as he looked into Josh's eyes.
"look, if it gets too hard to handle just tell me and we can go. I want you to have fun and whatnot. now let's go, everything will be okay." he pressed a kiss to tyler's lips and grabbed his mask.
they entered the house and saw bunches of people laughing, drinking, & dancing. josh felt
tyler move closer to him and he squeezed his hand in return.
"heyyy, josh you made it! you know I fucking love you right?" brendon slurs as he slings an arm around josh's shoulders.
"yeah, I know you do bren. what are you supposed to be?" he questioned the drunk boy.
"oh! I'm count suckula, because I'll suck your dick dry." tyler nearly choked on his spit after he heard brendon's explanation.
"oh god bren, you're way too drunk." josh said as he tried to sit the boy down.
"h-have you seen ryan?" brendon asked, looking around the room.
"who's ryan?" both tyler and josh asked in confusion.
brendon giggled, "my boyfriend, silly's! he dressed as a pretty dank ass mummy."
josh scanned the room and saw what looked like a mummy looking around helplessly. josh moved to the crowd until he reached the person.
"hey, are you ryan?!" josh asked as he tapped the boys shoulder.
"uh, yeah. who are you?" he replied, giving josh a confused look.
"I'm josh, brendon's friend. he's over there looking for you by the way." ryan nodded and the two shook hands quickly before going back to brendon.

"that party was great, but now I just wanna cuddle and watch the office." tyler moaned as he body hit the soft bed.
he actually had a really great time at the party. he witnessed his friends drunken antics and got in some pretty heated arguments about which brand of ranch is better.
josh chuckled and laid down next to him. pressing little kisses to tylers neck. he felt Tyler shudder and he smiled.
tyler whipped around and quickly started kissing josh.
