*Joey's Pov*

My stomach was upside down, I couldn't even catch my breath. What was he doing here? Was he trying to ruin my anniversary?

"Uh..... H....heyy.... c....Connor." As I said as nicely as I can.
"Joey..." He said in a rude way.
"What are you doing here?" I said in confusion. Connor looked down and ran out of the bathroom. "Wait!" I said loudly. As I ran out of the bathroom, I saw Connor at his table he was sitting at. And right behind him was the one and only, Daniel Preda.
"Joey?" He said as if he was happy to see me. I couldn't speak. I felt the butterflies flying all around in my stomach. It was like I was falling in love with him all over again. I tried speaking words, but all I could so was stutter. I felt my cheeks grow red in embarrassment.
Just then, I heard a voice from right behind me. "Joey, what's going on?"
I turned around and saw Shane with sadness on his face. "Shane... I... Uh... Was just...." I didn't know what to say. My mind was to overwhelmed to even comprehend words. "He saw Connor drop something in the bathroom so he came back to give it back... Right Joey?" Daniel said, trying to help.
Did Daniel just save me? Why was he doing this? He could of thrown me under the bus, but he didn't... Why?
"Uh... Ya ya... He dropped his phone." I said as I was about to throw up. Shane looked at Daniel, then to Connor, then to me. "Oh... Okay. I was just getting worried where Joey was that's all." Shane said. Shane grabbed my hand and collided with his. It felt very awkward. Especially when the person I love is right in front of me..... Wait.... Did I just.... No...... Did I just admit I still love Daniel?
"Well, we hope you guys have a great night." Daniel said while looking down at his plate. "Thanks Guys. You too." Shane said back. I still couldn't even speak. My mind was rumbled with thoughts. I couldn't even focus. As we were walking out, a tear rolled down my face. And so did Daniel.

*Daniels Pov*

As Joey turned away and walked out of the restaurant, a tear rolled down my face. It's like I didn't want him leaving me again. I just wanted to run up to him and kiss him passionately. NO DANIEL YOU CAN'T! HE HAS A BOYFRIEND THAT HE LOVES! YOU HAVE A BOYFRIEND THAT YOU DON'T LOVE..... Wait, did I just admit that I don't love Connor?

While Connor was talking, I wasn't listening to a single thing. All I could think about was Joey. His dirty blonde hair, his sparkling green-grey eyes, his perfect pink lips. Ugh... What this boy does to me.
"Daaannniieell?" Connor said with a sassy attitude. "Are you even listening to what I have to say?"
"Uhhh... Y...y....yaa yaa of course babe." I said having no idea what he was talking about. "So then answer my question. Do you?" Connor asked angrily. What was he asking? And I can't just ask him! He'll just get more mad....
I stared at him with a blank face. Speechless.
"DANIEL, DO YOU OR NOT?!" Connor screamed. People in the restaurant started to stare at us and whispering to one another. I felt my face turn red in embarrassment. I just said the first thing that came to my mind.
"Yes." I said confidently. Connor looked down with tears starting to roll down his eyes. I didn't know what to do at this point. I didn't even know what I just answered. As Connor looked up with his red, puffy eyes and tears still streaming down his face, he said...

"So you do love Joey."
