*Joey's Pov*

I can't explain the feeling Daniel gives me. Both wonderful yet miserable. He can make me feel like I'm top of the world, then makes me feel like I live in the pits of hell.

Daniel and I were cuddling together under the covers on my bad, naked. My head was on his shoulder and his head on top of mine. Our hands were collided over the covers. My ass was sore and I felt emotionally drained. I could still feel the burning sensation in my left arm.

"I love you." Daniel whispered, kissing me on the top of my head. I didn't want to say I love him. Yes, I do love Daniel. More than anything. But I just felt to hurt to say it. He blamed me for cheating on him without my say in anything and he actually cheated on me. I guess I'm just the gullible type.

"Joey?" Daniel questioned, waiting me to say I love you back. I wanted to change the subject quickly before it got too awkward. "So... You hungry?" I asked, getting up and putting on my boxers. Daniel sat up, confused why I didn't say I love you back. "Uh... I guess?" Daniel questioned. "Okay! I'll run down stairs and make breakfast!" I said running out the door before he could reply.

As I ran down the stairs, I hear a storm about to start outside. "That's the first..." I mumbled to myself. As I hear the rain falling down, I also hear scratching at my door. I looked at the door for a second, then walked to the toaster, ignoring the scratching. As I put the toast in the toaster and get out the eggs from the fridge, the scratching started again. I looked back over to the door in confusion. "What the..." I mumbled as I slowly walked over to the front door. I slowly put my sweaty, shaky hand on the doorknob and turned it. As I slowly creeped open the door, I saw that no one was there. I looked to my left, then my right. As I slowly looked down, I see a white, fluffy puppy all wet and sad. One eye of blue and one eye of grey. "Oh my!" I gasped. I slowly bent down so I can let the puppy know he's safe with me. "You can come in!" I said with a high pitched voice. The puppy slowly walked in, looking around its surrounding. I slowly closed the door and turned back to the small, damped puppy. "Daniel! Get a towel!" I screamed as I sat by the front door with the puppy. As Daniel ran down to the end of the stairs, I see his mouth drop in shock. "Joey! Where... How... Huh?" Daniel said in confusion. I got up quickly, took the towel from him, and sat back down to dry off the puppy. As I was drying the puppy off, I noticed that he had a pp. "It's a boy!" I said excitingly. Daniel walked over slowly and sat across from me and the puppy. "Joey... What's going on?" He said trying to figure out what the heck was going on. "Well, as I was making breakfast, I heard scratching at the door. I opened it and sitting right at the door was this cute, adorable Ray of sunshine." I said kissing the puppy's cheek. "Joey be careful! He could have rabies or something!" Daniel said in panic. "Oh calm down Daniel! He's just a puppy!" I said not making a huge deal out of it. "Does he even have a name tag?" Daniel asked, trying to look. I lifted the puppy up, looking around his neck. Nothing.

"Nope! No tag!" I said excitingly. "Well, do you think we're ready for another pup?" Daniel asked scooting over closer to me, petting the little puppy. The puppy started rubbing his face against Daniel's hand in pleasure. Daniel chugged under his breath. "Aw he really likes you!" I said in excitement. Daniel looked at me with lust. As he tried pulling in for a kiss, I turned away, him missing my lips.

I'm still pretty pissed at him for what he did. Yes we may have a new member of the family and I'm so dam excited about it, but I'm just so confuse how I feel towards Daniel. I love him, but I hate him at the same time...

"Well, what should we name him?" Daniel asked, trying to change the subject so it wouldn't be as awkward as it was. "Mhmm... I don't know. Something tells him he's strong, but wolf-like if you know what I mean." I explained. "Maybe Fire?" Daniel suggested. Daniel and I looked at each other and shook our head no.

I took a moment, looking outside at the stormy weather. "Wait..." I said looking out the window, then back at the pup.
"How about Storm?" I asked calmly. "Storm... STORM! I like it!" Daniel said taking the puppy slowly out of my hands. "You like Storm?" He asked lifting the puppy over his head. The pup was sticking his tongue out out of excitement and barked a few times. As Daniel set the pup down, I looked at him, thinking of the family we are creating, but still scared of what's going to happen in the future. "Storm it is then!" I said, taking Storm into my arms and cradling him like a baby.

Wolf is gonna be so excited to have a new little brother!

HEY GUYS! I'm so sorry I haven't updated in forever! It's finals week and they have been driving me insane! I'm also trying to work on a Christmas story that I want to get up and published by Christmas, which I don't know if I'm gonna get it up by then.
