Chapter 9: Dinner with them

"Your mom can be discharge today. Ensure she gets ample rest. The doctor has given her 7 days MC. Let her rest," the nurse tells Sally.

Sally thank the nurse and smirk at her brother who is there as well. Sally tells her brother that she will get their mother's medicine. She makes her way to the pharmacy. While waiting, she listens to B2ST songs.

"Hyun Seungie, you have to take care of it. If not, it will get worse," said Jang-Mi.

"How? You know my work and how passionate I am. I can't let my members and fan down," sigh Hyun Seung.

Jang-Mi sighed as well. She tried to advise Hyun Seung to inform his members and management about his condition but he just wouldn't tell. Jang-Mi knows he is passionate in what he do but it will endanger himself. Jang-Mi gave his prescriptions of medicine to help with his conditions. Hyun Seung went off to the pharmacy.

From far, he felt somebody staring at him. He felt uncomfortable. He sense the person approach him. Is she a fan? She had familiar scent that he recognises. The lady showed her phone.

"Hyun Seung oppa?"

Hyun Seung look up and he smiles. It is Sally. He gave a thumbs up. Sally use her phone as a mode of communication between them.

Are you okay, oppa?

I guess so. What you doing here?

Getting my mom's medicine. You came alone? What happen?

What happen to your mom?

She's fine. Yah! You did not answer my questions?

Ke ke! I am alone. It's a secret.

Aigoo...how you going home?

I'll find my way home without getting caught. Ke ke!

I drop you off somewhere? Your disguise not easy to be identify.

Jjinja?

Ne. I wait for you here.

Both of them walk to the carpark. Sally already told her brother so he wasn't that surprise. Sally's mother shockingly invites Hyun Seung to have dinner at their house. Sally and Ray just sigh because their mother does not know who HyunSeung is and how risky it is. When Sally explains to her mother about the risky, her mother replied logically.

"Well he is still a human and he needs to eat. This boy is too thin," explains her mother.

Sally just laughed. It is the truth. Sally looks at Hyun Seung for his decision. Hyum Seung suggests something crazy.

Sally is busy in the kitchen cooking the dinner when all of them arrive. Sally could hear their loud voice.

"Sallyyyyy!!!"shouts Dong Woon.

Gikwang and Yoseob walking behind him. Sally smiled widely. Her heart beats vey fast. She asked them to go out and rest while she cooks. Yoseob stayed to help out.

"How are you,oppa?"

"Fine but tired because of the musical," he sighed.

"Hwaiting! I'll cook delicious foods for all of you today," Sally exclaimed.

Sally's mother and Ray's family join for dinner too. With her mischievous nephews and nieces, the atmosphere kind of loud. But Sally enjoys seeing everyone enjoying the food. She made beef stew with kimchi, fried chicken with bulgogi sauce, squash pancake and kimgaru rice. Her mother have her thumbs up.

"What a delicious dinner! Thank you,Sally!" thank JunHyung.

Sally nods. They are at the porch sitting down enjoying ice cream that DooJoon bought. Her mother already fell asleep.

"Sally, where's your appa?"ask GikWang

Sally kept quiet for awhile before answering.

"He passed away when I was 15. Been 9 years since he passed on," she said softly.

Gikwang was hit by DooJoon on the arm. Sally just smiled. She said it is okay.

"Are you our caterer for our concert?" ask Dong Woon.

She nods and all of them sang YeY chorus. She have to shush them. After an hour later, they left. JunHyung will be sending all of them home except Hyun Seung. Hyun Seung tells Sally that he would like to talk to her. She felt uneasy because Hyun Seung looks serious.

"I have to tell someone in case something happen to me on the concert day."

Sally nods and listen intently.

Tears forming in his eyes.
