Blue Sky

I open my eyes and there I see,
The world so far off from me;
What I know- do not know now,
Time has faded away somehow;

I am confused and I wonder,
Since when did happiness go yonder?
Those times felt so long ago,
And it won't come back that's all I know;

As I sat reading between the lines,
Thinking about those good old times;
Today may stop or go I'm sure,
The sky would be as blue as before;
