Her body clock woke her up. This must be a dream, right? When I woke up, I'll probably back in Bronx and do work again.

She opened her eyes slowly, and knew she indeed was not dreaming. Feeling the softness and the sheets, she let it embrace her. The covers smell like lavender as Max sniff them. Deciding to get off from bed, she sat up, rubbed her eyes softly before she smiled, looking around her room.  Casey was sleeping peacefully beside her with a turquoise eye mask on her face.

She get off from bed and stretch her body, giving off a yawn. She walked around the room where a door would lead to the balcony. She slowly opened the door and went outside and was amazed at the sight of the sunrise unto the beach. The wind felt right to her face and the smell of the beach made her smile and sigh. She placed her hand unto her cheek and just stared at the sight.

How long did she ever saw this kind of sight? 5 years? It has been long. She rarely got her time to relax and enjoy beautiful sights ever since-

Max looked down. After her father's death, her life completely change-although not worst but rather a new pace of her life. She has gotten to value life more-be mature and avoid to be a disappointment to her mother anymore.

She went below and headed to the kitchen. The entire mansion was quiet and so, Max decided to cook breakfast for everyone.

The kitchen was twice larger-no thrice larger than her kitchen at home and more cleaner than at the diner she work. Counters were in white marble. There was a kitchen island with an electric stove and in front was a 2 meter kitchen nook. Max opened each cabinet and was fascinated that they have every kitchen tools and wares-branded ones.

As she began to cook breakfast, she notice there were cameras around the kitchen. Max felt weird about it but, she ignored them anyway.

"You're cooking! You cannot!" A yell made Max jumped as she tried to scoop the eggs out of the pan. She turned around and saw a stout lady with red and puffy cheeks with a toque on top of  her curly ginger hair. Her hands were on her waist as her blue eyes glared at Max.

"I'm-I'm sorry. I-"Max gripped her hands on the counter.

"I should be the one making breakfast for you, girls. Go on. Get out of there." She waved her hands at Max, signalling her to go away. Max step aside and place the spatula on the plate. The ginger lady-who seems to be a chef and British-smelled her omelet and was quite impress.

"You cook at home, dear?" the ginger lady asked.

"Well, yes. And at work."

"You're from that Bronx?"

"Yep. That would be me."

"Why don't you sit right there and let me continue make breakfast for my girls. Take your omelet with you, dear."

"Tha-thank you." Max smiled and proceed to the dining table and ate her breakfast.

"Ladies! Good morning!" Mr. Richfields entered and greeted them. All the ladies-except Max-sat up and began fixing themselves-brushing their hair with their fingers and wiping their mouths with the napkin. He was smiled before he read the paper he was holding. "Today is your official stay in the Mansion-" everybody clapped-except Max- "Yes, thank you. Today we would do interviews from each one of you. It'll be a very busy day so better have breakfast, which is serve by Mrs. Abbot, the chef of the Mansion."

Mrs. Abbott raised her chin with pride and that's where Max clapped. She tasted the salad (she doesn't know what it was called though) and it was really delicious. Everybody looked at Max when she clapped. Max slowly stopped and placed her hands down.

"Anyway, interviews shall start at 11:00. Starting with Brittany Taylor."

Brittany clapped her hands, gleefully as the other ladies cheered her on. From what Casey has told her, is one of the rich ladies inside the Mansion. Ian's mother and her mother has been best friends and seems to have consider her to be a potential candidate for marriage with Ian. Max seems to understand why-Brittany was beautiful. With her sexy brunette hair and golden brown eyes; small nose and kissable lips, she almost look like Kendall Jenner although Brittany got a bigger ass.

"Next would be Cecilia."

Cecilia made her shoulder wiggle and smiled, knowing she would be next. Cecilia Mayton: 6'1, 24,26.  A daddy's little girl. That long blonde hair with blue eyes and strong jaws had herself a model in one of the Vogue magazine-and of course, because of her father. Ian and her were friends back in high school and-again-her father got her to join the show.

"The rest would be called after lunch." Mr. Richfields as he headed out to the door.

Brittany stood up and immediately ran upstairs to prepare herself, the other girls followed her. Max and Casey decided to finish their breakfast.

"Great salad." Max said as she helped herself with the salad, no longer placing them on her plate.

"You're having your seconds already." Casey said, surprised at Max's appetite.

"It's really good."

"How'd you do that? Are you one of those girls who just keep eating without getting any fat?"

"Believe me, I'm not that lucky. I just don't eat much back at home. And I walk everyday."

"Really?"

Max nodded. They heard a screech of the chair and looked at the beautiful tall woman bringing her plates to the sink. She passes by them with poise and went upstairs.

"I'm always awed by her beauty. Did you see the way she carry herself? Very beautiful." Casey said, looking upstairs.

"That was Emilia, right? The one who owns a cosmetic business?"

"Yep. That's Emilia Sanders. Or what I usually called her back in high school: Ms. Leggy. Very long legs."

She was very beautiful all right. Her fire red hair that elegantly falls with curls at the back of her body; smoky gray-blue eyes that could mesmerize any man; perfect lips that seems to be carved by angels; porcelain skin and those legs...how'd she have that glorious length? Max admitted that if she wants to be anyone it would be like Emilia: beautiful, a woman that means business, who's rich and successful. She was quite jealous of her.

"It'll be hard for us to beat her down."

"Why?"

"I forgot to mention to you yesterday. She is Ian's first love."
