Chapter 1 - Sunday

Mianne's pov
*yawn*Good morning to me and everyone! Ngayong araw ay ang huling araw ng bakasyon. Ugh...
Bakit?! Bakit ganun???!!! Nah...
Napatingin ako sa clock.
8:26am...
Sh*t! kailangan ko nang maligo! Maga-outing daw kami. Daming nilalaman... Pish!✌✌
Dali dali ako nagayos ng sarili ko. Pagkababa ko sa hagdan, nakita ko agad si Joanna, 7 years old, kapatid ko.
"Ate! Hurry up! Malalate tayo!" sabi niya habang nagpapalaman ng tinapay para sa amin.
"Haysss... Nasaan si Mama?" tanong ko sa kanya.
"Nauna na sila pero ng grocery muna sila ni Papa. Sabi ni Mama magkita tayo sa 7-Eleven in Domino Street. " sinabi niya habang kinagat niya ang tinapay.
"Okay. Give me one please! " sabi ko sa kanya.
Binigyan niya ako ng dalawang patong na tasty na may peanut butter jelly. Yum!

"Joanna! Ready ka na ba? Paalis na tayo!" napatingin ako sa orasan. It's 8:45am. We should be there before 9:00 am.
"Sis! I'm ready. Let's go now!" sigaw niya. Mukhang excited na to ha.
Umalis na kami sa bahay. Commute lang kami. I wore a light blue pants, a dark blue doll shoes and a wavy pink blouse. Nakalugay lang ang buhok ko. Actually, may lahi kaming American so my hair is blonde and have blue eyes.
Ang suot ni Joanna ay naka-jumper na maong at naka t-shirt na orange-white stripes. Blonde rin ang buhok niya. Straight ang buhok niya at curly in the ends. naka twin tails siya. Ang cute ng kapatid ko!
We arrived at 7-Eleven at Domino Street. Waah! Ang daming tao sa labas!
" Joanna, do you want to get inside?" tanong ko.
" No! Let's just sit here outside." sabi niya.
" Oh... Gusto mo bilhan kita ng ice cream or Slurpee? What do you want?"
"I want ice cream!" she said cheerfully.
I nodded." Just wait here ha. Don't talk to strangers!" she nodded.
I went inside and turn around and peek her if she is doing fine. She's sitting there, behaved. Good girl. You deserved a treat! Naisip ko na bigyan ko siya ng reward kaya dadagdagan ko nalang.
Pagkatapos ko lumingon... I think that I've bumped into somebody.
"Ah!" we both said.
Suddenly, I've looked at him. Wow... Ang cute niya. He has black hair. He wore a gray T-shirt, dark blue pants, and he smells nice.
I blushed and try to apologize.
"*blushing* I-I...a-a..."
" Oh I'm very sorry. I wasn't looking in my way. You must be a foreigner. Again, I'm terribly sorry." He said.
Siguro dahil sa itsura ko napagkamalan ako na foreigner...
" Hindi ah! Half-filipino lang ako. By the way, I should be the one to say sorry. I'm not looking in my way. Sorry..." I explained and left him there.
Oh Gahd. Ang rude ko naman!
Dumeretso ako sa cashier at bumili ng 1 vanilla ans chocolate ice cream, 2 Chupachups( A/N: tama ba?), and 1 Slurpee Medium. Pagkatapos ko bumili, I turned around and saw him... again! I just look at him and smiled and left him. I went outside.
"What took you so long?" Joanna asked.
"Nah..." Binigay ko sa kanya ung ice cream at isang chupachups.
And she was like, .
It's fun to have a little sister like her!
