" SERIOUSLY?! " I jumped over my bed just to check if it's already 10:00 in the morning.
What the?! How come that I didn't wake up early? I had set the alarm before I turned to my sleep.
" Taeyeon??? " I said but no one's answering
Hay. Where's Taeyeon anyway? Why am I alone here in the bed?
" GOOD MORNING TIFFANY!!!! " Geez! I was surprised by that loud voice
" Taeyeon?!!! Aah! Do you really have to scream? Haha! " I exclaimed
" Hay nako Fany, tigilan mo nga ako sa kaka-english mo. You're not in the US anymore. "
The thought made me realize that she's right and I was a bit embarrassed at the same time ;)
" Aww! I know, I know, ganito lang siguro nakasanayan ko. Hehe! "
Ganyan yan si Taeyeon, lagi niya akong pinagsasabihan tuwing nag-eenglish ako, kesyo wala raw ako sa US, but anyway naiintindihan ko naman siya.
" Anyway, bakit di mo ko ginising?? San ka nga pala galing ? Bakit ang aga mo magising?" She turned away from me right after kong magtanong sa kanya.
" Don't you remember kung anong araw ngayon? Hmmmm Tiffany ?? " she answered while preparing the snacks she bought for our breakfast.
I paused for a moment while remembering what day is it.. Hmmm I don't remember any-------------
" WAAAAAAHHH TAEYEON!!!!!" I screamed right after realizing it, I ran towards her and give her a hug.
" So naalala mo na?? " I saw a huge smile from her face as I turned myself to her.
I just nodded as my response. We're just smiling at each other while giving ourselves an eye-contact.
" HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!! " and then we laugh after we screamed excitedly.
I just can't believe na umabot kami ng ganito katagal. For almost six years, never niya akong iniwanan at pinagsawaan, kahit na ang taray - taray ko minsan sa kanya. Today is our anniversary. Anniversary ng pagkakaibigan namin. I'm so blessed that we reached this point.
Siya si Taeyeon. Halos same age lang kami, months lang ang pinagkaiba. We're not that similar in some things. I was born in US while she was born in Korea. She's my first friend when I transferred to their school. She accompanied me all the time hanggang sa maging mag-bestfriends na kami.
Actually we're living in the same roof. My dad sent me here for my education purpose. My mother already passed away, while my siblings are with my dad's side. Oo, mag-isa lang ako dito at si Taeyeon nga ang parang naging family ko.
We've been bestfriends since high school. Yeah, we've been quarreling on and off sometimes but it doesn't ruin our friendship. For me, she's the best thing I ever had. I love her so much. We're more than just a bestfriend~ almost lahat ng tungkol sa akin alam niya and ganun din ako sa kanya. We share our secrets together, we hang-out together, we sleep together and I'm wishing to be with her forever.
" Since anniversary natin ngayon, may bibigay ako sayo. " - Taeyeon
" Wow, talaga?? " excited kong tanong
" Eto oh! Lagi mong isusuot yan ah! "
She gave me a small box. Inside it, there's a cute necklace with a lock pendant.
"Cute!" I reacted as I wear it
" Hahaha syempre meron din ako noh. Look!" pinakita niya sa akin yung suot niyang necklace. Key naman yung pendant niya.
" Wow! It's more like a couple necklace!" I responded
" Hayy yan ka nanaman sa pag-eenglish mo Fany! Hahaha! "
" Hahaha! But... Ang cute talaga!! Thank you Taeyeon! "
" Nah! Pero alam mo ba yung idiom about this? " tanong niya pa
" hmmm ano yun? "
" If something is under lock and key, it is stored very securely. Sobrang meaningful noh? "
Yeah, sobrang meaningful nga. Nag-sink in agad sa mind ko yung idiom na yun. Para sa friendship namin yun...
" Haha.. TaeNy is secured. " dagdag pa niya
TaeNy ~ yan ang tawag namin sa bond namin.. It's pretty obvious na galing sa names namin ang TaeNy..

Some people find it cute. But some people find it weird. We can't please everybody. But for me, it doesn't matter at all, as long as we're not doing anything against the rule or against others. I am thankful for having Taeyeon in my life. She inspired me a lot. She's something I can't live without. I will secure TaeNy as long as I can.
Hindi ko hahayaang masira ang relationship na meron kami just because of others.
" Cause TaeNy is forever " I added as my response.
