Elsa's P.O.V
I woke up. I heard A strange banging noise above the roaring thunder and crackling lightning. I checked my clock. 3:00a.m. I hurried downstairs, but Mom is still asleep. I pulled on boots and wore my raincoat. To go and investigate.
As I stepped outside, my face was drenched in water, despite the raincoat. I splashed through puddles, until I finally discovered what was making that noise!
It was Jack's door! I hurried towards his garden. The garden looked like a swamp, and if this continues the place will be flooded, including Jack's house!
I have to help him! I rushed over and was about to close the door, when a frightening noise startled me!
A dog's wet face peeped out from inside the house. Its sad, helpless eyes told me to help it. I could see that the house was wet already, so I gave the dog a pet and closed the door.
Suddenly, lights came on. I saw Jack coming to the door. I stood rooted to the ground. As Jack opened the door, he was startled to see me. Like, he doesn't even know that I'm his neighbour?!
"Elsa?"he said in surprise. I was a little embarrassed to be caught like this. I blushed a little. "Your... Your door's open,"I muttered before running back to my house.
As I turned to looked back, I saw Jack standing there in his house. But it didn't look like a house. It looked like a swimming pool.
