Chapter Four: Survival

               At the end of the month, Saturn said I was starting to recover. I felt better too. Saturn started speaking to me in the first days of the new month. My Larengitis started fading away. I had some trouble speaking at first, then I felt better. After some days of troubled speaking, I began chatting away to glory. Sometimes Saturn would have to tell me to be quiet. Many days I would think to myself, how would I end up without Saturn? I would probably suffer a long, slow, and loud death. 

             After a couple of weeks, Saturn told me it was time to take action. "You can not survive without walking" he said. so we started training. First he showed me how to stand up on my heind legs. Saturn stood up and explained to me how it works and how easy it is to do. I tried to stand up. It was definetely hard to do. Saturn was probably used to it. So I tried, fell down and whined. "Keep trying. Practice makes perfect" Saturn said. I tried again and failed, but this time I got a bruise. I whimpered, but I kept trying. After a couple hundred times, I finally stood up. "Yay" I said. "I finally did it!" "You sure did" said Saturn. "But that's not all you need to do."

              When I recovered from my shock, Saturn told me when i'm standing I have to walk. I did'nt know it was possible to walk on two legs. Saturn showed me how to do it perfectly. He probably didn't try but I guess he has alot of experience. So I tried and tried again. But I kept ending up in a split or toppling over. But I kept trying. I want to survive. After 20 tries ( I counted ), I finally could walk! I was exctatic. I jumped all over the place.

                 When Saturn saw that I could walk, he thought that his job was done. He walked away deeper into the forest. When I looked back I could only see his tail. "Saturn come back!" I yelled. He came trotting back and cocked his head. "Saturn will you be my friend" I asked. He chuckled. "Ofcourse I will Troy." I was happy. "Will you continue my journey with me?" I asked. He paused, his smile turned into a blank look. To break the silence I said "Well" and trailed off. He took a while, but then his smile was placed back on his face. "Ok, but when your journey is finished, I will return home." I was so excited! I jumped around and ran to a hill. I heard him laugh then follow me.
