"This is Sasuke. I arrived at point B."
"This is Sakura and I arrived at point C."
"(Y/N) here~ Located in point D." There was a long silence and even the sound of a crow was heard.
"This is Naruto! I'm at point A." Kakashi-sensei clicked his tongue making a tick sound that echoed through the mic.
"You're slow Naruto. Okay Team 7.." Kakashi stopped as we saw a dark figure move through the bushes. "The target has moved! After it!" I scanned the ground and pointed to the figure running.
"Okay, he's there" I said pointing to the right.
"What's the distance of the target?" Kakashi asked in a low whisper.
"Five Meters. I'm ready to go." Naruto said fist pumping the air.
"Me too."
"I am too" Sasuke replied holding onto the branch beneath his feet.
"So am I" Sakura said giving a giggle at the end.
"Okay...Go!" Kakashi announced and we began charging close to the target. Naruto ran ahead and got close enough to catch Tora, the cat by the stomach.
"I got you!"
"Does it have a ribbon on it's right ear? Is it our target, Tora?" Kakashi asked through the mic piece. Sasuke took out a picture from his pocket and held it to the cat who was currently scratching off Naruto's face.
"Yup!" I replied to Kakashi-sensei and walked over to the cat and began scratching underneath it's chin. She purred and walked closer to me.
"Okay. Operation Capture Tora the Lost Pet is Complete. Good job team!" Kakashi said still in the trees. Naruto angrily stood up and took out his ear piece.
"Isn't there a more exciting mission we can work on?!" Naruto yelled directly in the mic. I cringed at the loudness and static that made my right ear deaf. I glared over at Naruto.
"Too loud..."
~Time Skip~
"Ohh, my cute Tora! How I was so worried about you!!" The Owner of Tora yelled crushing the poor cat. She's known as the Wife of the Feudal Lord. "I'm so glad you're back safely my little baby!!"
"That cat's getting what he deserves" Naruto said glaring at the cat being squashed.
"Naruto, that mean" I said lightly slapping his hand. "Would you want to be squashed to death by that lady?"
"No wonder she keeps trying to run away..." Sakura mumbled.
"...Now then!" The Hokage said gaining my attention.
"Oh...he was talking?" I asked tilting my head.
"The next mission for Squad 7 is...An errand to the neighboring town...to babysit the chief Councilor's boy..Help with digging for potatoes..Ca-" Hokage starts listing off.
"Noooo!" Naruto yells and crosses his arms into a big X. "No! No, thank you! Asfor me, I want to do a more exciting mission! Give us something else!" Naruto complains loudly. Iruka stands up angrily.
"You fool! You're still a bottom rookie! Everybody moves up the ladder by gaining experience from simple missions!"
'Soooooo....like pokemon?' I thought and began to drifting off from the conversation. 'I wonder how everyone doing back on earth...and how much time has passed since I've been here' Many thoughts were running through my head.
"(Y/N)....(Y/N)!" Frightened I looked up to see Iruka looking at me madly.
"Hai Iruka-sensei!" I said standing up straight. My cheeks were a light shade of pink from embarrassment.
"First Naruto starts talking about what he'll have for dinner and now you off in dream world! Show some respect when the Hokage is lecturing you!" He yelled and I glanced at the floor.
"Yes Iruka-sensei..."
"Hmm..Okay I'll give you a C-rank Mission. A bodyguard misson" The 3rd Hokage stated, breaking the tension in the air.
"Huh?! Are you sure Lord Hokage?" Iruka said obviously not liking the idea.
"I'm sure they're more than capable of handling this simple mision."
"Who are we going to be protecting?! A princess? A fedual lord? Someone famous?!" Naruto said his eyes beginning to sparkle.
"Why don't you find out. Can you please come in now." The Hokage stated and the door opened behind us. We turned around and looked at an old maman who was drinking what seem to be Sake.
What? They're all kids!" He said in a somewhat drunken state. "Hey, is the smallest one there with the idiotic face really a ninja." He continued and Naruto laughed.
"Who's the smallest one with the idiotic face?" Naruto asked and we all got in a line. Sasuke was the tallest, than it me, Sakura a close third, and Naruto being an inch or two shorter. I went behind Naruto and wrapped my arms around his biceps to hold him back from attack the man.
"I'm going to kill you!" He yelled trying to get out of my grip.
"Naruto, please calm down or I'll have to hit your pressure point" I warned him and he seemed to stop struggling a bit, but not completely.
"Don't kill the man you're supposed to escort, idiot." Kakashi said smacking Naruto's head.
"I'm the bridge building expert Tazuna. Once I return to my country, I will have you all protect my life with your own as I'm completing the bridge." Tazuna said and took another chug of his bottle.
"My name is Kakashi Hatake and I'll be the one in charge of the mission." He said before turning to face us. "We'll meet at the gates in 20 minutes. Don't be late" He said casting his gaze at Naruto.
Hai!" We replied and left the room.
