Chapter 6 Controling Your Inner Wolf or not....

     For the next few weeks I stayed in my room I felt sick, and my wolf was barely talking to me anymore. Dad came in and talked to me for a little while a few days ago, he said that Skyler was in the same condition as me and that if we didn't have contact soon our wolves would die from the rejection, I didn't want that to happen, but i wasn't going to come to terms with being with a guy, I am a guy! The only thing my wolf says now is "where is our mate?" I try to tell him I wasn't going over to Skyler's house. My dad knew how bad both me and Skyler were getting but he also knew how stubborn I was being, so he talked to the alpha and had him walk Skyler over without my knowledge, I didn't realize that as soon as he walked in the door, I would feel slightly better. I thought it was just my wolf getting over the fact that i was never going to be with him, both of us Skyler and me started feeling better as he got closer to my door.

     I heard a knock on my door, I figured it was my father but something told me it wasn't, "come in," I yelled, the first to come in were Kenai and Juneau, my pups, then next to walk in was none other than Skyler himself. My wolf instantly perked up and tried to take over, and it looked like Skyler's was trying to doing the same thing.

     He slowly walked over to me and I could feel his nervousness but at this point I didn't care, in those few weeks after meeting him and trying to stay away from him i realized i literally couldn't live without him, I wrapped him in a tight embrace and didn't let him go for what seemed like an eternity, he slowly hugged me back and kinda just melted in my arms, the feeling was euphoric. " I'm sorry for how I acted before, I can't live without you, please be mine?" I asked. He nodded his head yes. I smiled like an idiot. I guess it was a good thing we moved after all because now I have my mate and i'm not letting him go. He's mine.

     It was hard letting him go, I wanted to cuddle him for the rest of eternity i couldn't get his sweet smell out of my head. his smell of vanilla and coffee was so strong it was addictive. I did finally release him from the my tight embrace and he lingered for another moment, keeping his small arms wrapped around my neck I moved my hands down to his hips and brought him closer to me, i wasn't much taller than him maybe a few inches but it was enough to give me an advantage over him.He looked up a me with big bright eyes so blue you could mistake them for ice. He smiled making me smile right back and I felt the sudden urge to kiss him, so I did. 

    After days and days of not being around Skyler, just being in the same room with him made my heart feel like it was going to burst from excitement. My mind cleared from the foggy feeling I had been experiencing and my wolf started acting like it use to before we were away from Skyler, full of energy and aware of almost everything.

    "I'm sorry about running off at dinner the other day, I wasn't expecting to find my mate this soon and I've never experienced any feeling this strong with anyone or anything" I apologized to him as best as I could, I still couldn't wrap my brain around the words I wanted to say. I wanted to tell him how important he is to me, even if I hadn't known him for every long, but he's my mate and I can't help the emotional attachment that has already became unbreakable.

    Skyler smiled, "Do you want to go for a run? You know, to let our wolves loose, I'd really like to see what you look like." he asked then looked down to the floor scuffing the toe of his shoe on the hardwood flooring.

    "I'd love to" I grabbed his hand and lead the way out of my house up to the stairs that were placed into the side of the hill close to the small forest.

     We stood on the porch of my house and stripped down to out underwear. I couldn't help but glance over at Skyler, the way his muscles moved when he took his shirt off, wow. His smooth flawless skin was like porcelain and his black hair shined in the sun. he removed his snake bites and glanced at me then looked at me and blushed. I chuckled and shook the red dyed hair out of my face, I then folded both of our clothes and I put them on the chair that my dad had set out on the porch. I felt my skin ripple as I urged my wolf to take over and change my body. Soon i was standing there in my wolf form, my wolf was a much larger version of a timber wolf, in this form my eyes weren't my normal color they were a burning gold with purple cast throughout. I heard skyler gasp when I turned my head and looked into his eyes.

    "Beautiful" he said then started laughing at the fact that my wolf's large stature didn't rip through my boxers so they were still on me. That's never happened before. I gave him a short grunt back in response, seeing as wolves can't talk. 

      Skyler then shifted into his wolf form, I just stood there mesmerized at how gorgeous his wolf was, his was rich golden blonde fur that had highlights of red that reminded me of the dying sun at night shining on the leaves in fall. His eyes were even more spectacular, he had the eyes of an Alpha, fresh spring green intertwining with sharp gold that outlines his crystal blues. He yipped happily and barrelled up the hill towards the small forest as I followed closely behind. We ran for hours just being free and feeling the wind in our fur. Skyler lead me past the small forest, through town and down a large hill where he took me to a long winding river.

    Together we played in the water, we lounged on the sand, and climbed on the rocks where we laid until the sun sank low behind the trees. When it got too cold for us to be out any longer, skyler lead me to a large house about half a mile away from the river. I could smell many different wolves none of which I recognized except those of skyler and his family. Skyler scratched the door to be let in, then we sat and waited. A woman answered the door, saw skyler and opened the door wide to let us in.

     I followed skyler down a hall that lead to a staircase to the tops floors in the four story house. He was ahead of me by quite a bit, mostly because I was being cautious, skyler slipped into a room at the end of the hall. He returned a few seconds later back in human form wearing sweat pants and pulling a tight blue shirt over his head. He had another set of clothing with him.

     "These are for you I'll set them on the bed in here and you can change back' he said holding up the clothes. I nodded my head to let him know I understood and went into the room, I changed back and put the clothes he gave me on, they were a perfect fit. I walked out, went straight up to skyler and planted the biggest kiss I could on his perfect lips.

      "Thanks for a perfect day baby, I loved spending time with you. Your wolf is absolutely stunning I could hardly take my eyes off it." I told skyler then watched him try to hide his blush from me.

      "You're welcome and thanks." he whispered, almost too quietly, I had to lean in to catch what he said.

      The house phone rang downstairs and a minute later a woman was calling up for me and skyler, we hurried down and skyler talked to his father.

     "Yes, we'll be back in about ten minutes," he paused and looked at me. "ok, see you soon." He hung up the phone and gave me a confusing look "We have to go, your dad's looking for you, he has something you two need to talk about." With that he turned and walked out the door and got into a sleek black '67 Chevy Impala.

     My jaw dropped when I looked at the car, skyler had my dream car! I climbed in the passenger side, admiring the amazing condition of the interior. Skyler noticed my expression and laughed.

    "Supernatural fan?" he asked. I nodded my head in response. "Well buckle up and I'll show you what this baby can do." he winked and started up the engine, it purred to life and I couldn't help myself.

    "Since we're mates, does that mean I get to drive her too?" I asked skyler but he just laughed and took off at an alarming speed.
