Chapter 7

On Sunday I just did some work and went for a walk. Alone crystal wasn't with me at the time.

Today was Monday. Another school day I felt exhausted, and I just didn't want to get up, until I saw a bright light shine in my eye. To only see crystal opening the curtains.

"What the hell? My eyes are hurting me now!"

"I thought you like the feeling of terror and pain" she said looking at me with a smirk.

" yeh, but when it happens to other people, not me"

" anyways you need to get up, and get ready for school"

" it's still to early"

" what do you mean? We need to do our hair and decide what to wear"

" What do you mean our? Do you need to get ready in the mornings too"

" of course, but for me I only need to snap my fingers and I am done" she then demonstrating for me. And she was right, she was done.

"That will be very useful..if I cared"

" just get up already"

" okay...fine mum"

I started to get ready. I did my hair in a ponytail. As I always do. I wore my clothes. Brushed my teeth. Of course. And started to walk downstairs.

I found my mum make me some breakfast and also herself. She made bacon and eggs with toast.

" good morning mum"

" good morning sweetie, did you sleep well"

"Yeh, but I am still a little tired. Let's just say it was a bit of a 'painful' morning" I then looked at crystal who was standing near me just smiling.

" well, make the most of all your lovely time sweetie, you will be very upset if you waste it"

" always, mum"

We started to talk and eat for a while. Until Kara and Stella came to pick me up. We finally arrived at school and went our separates ways. During lunch me and the girls sat outside at our lunch table.

" so , have you though about what you guys are doing for your science project yet?" Stella asked.

" no idea, but what's the point? We are getting a random partner and then we have to think of a idea together. So there's no point to think"

" Kara is right Stella, anyways...I am so hungry"

" do your want my muffin, I don't want it" Kara said.

"Sure thanks"

"Hey Ashley" someone said to me...I recognised that voice it was Shay.

"Hey, can I help you" I said politely. Hoping he might go away, I didn't want him to talk to me really in front of my friends.

" actually how about you and me meet after school?"

"Why would I do that?"

" I just thought that you and me should spent sometime together" he said sitting next me...pretty close.  Some of his friends awed at the sight, but some looked at me in disgust. My friends awed as well, making me feel awkward.

"So you just made that option by yourself for me to follow"

"Yeh I guess you could say that"

" ooh Nessa he is so cute " crystal said to me.

"Shut up" I said to her.

"Oh I am sorry I didn't mean for you to get angry" Shay said confused.

" oh not you....I mean never mind"

" so, would you like to hang out with me later?" He asked me.

" would you like to watch a scary movie tonight?" Crystal asked me. And I really wanted to.

" yes, I would like to do that" I said answering crystals question.

" great, see you after school Nessa"
Shay said getting up and leaving with his friends.

What just happened.

" wait what?!?" I asked my girls.

" Nessa he is cute! Do you like him?" They asked getting closer. Eager to get a answer from me.

" no! I didn't even mean to say yes to him"

" well you did, we have to go class now, but tell me and Kara all the details, bye" they said waving away from me.

I was walking towards class only to think about how to deal with this whole shay thing. Then I realised...finally..... That is is all crystals fault.
