Chpt. 5 - The Awkward Awakening

*Emily's pov*

I woke up to a body that wasn't even recognized at first, but later realized.

Did something happen with me and Luke?

Hopefully, I looked down upon my body. Not nude. Good. If it went a little too far last night, I could already be having one of my panic attacks. Which isn't a good thing.

Luke's body was pressed into mine still but I wiggled out of his arms.

He got shocked.

Then he opened his eyes to see me, still in my shorts and tank.

Then he widened his eyes and looked at his body, only to be calmed enough to see he wasn't naked.

"That , I thought, was something pretty wicked." He replied.

We stood there in complete silence and stuff went like day ja vu .

I don't know if it was from this dream I had. About the water or ocean, something about saving somebody?

Something about Luke was still familiar to me. His sparkling blue eyes reminded me of....

Oh god.

It can't be.

Is this the same boy you saved from camp when you were 11 from the water????

He looked up and down at you, thinking about something.

Maybe this felt a little weird that this same boy..... also gave me , my first kiss.

He wanted to say something but nothing came out.

I stood up and like any other girl did in this situation, I bolted out the door.

It was time to call girl conference with the girls.

*Sky's pov*

My head spinned like a tornado was happening and I found myself standing up from my swimming bench I slept on.

I felt the urge to almost throw my self forward but a figure caught me.

"Easy there." Michael said. My goodness. Is this a dream??

"Thanks" I said.

He led me to Karen's kitchen and picked me up to set me on the counter.

I literally could feel my heart go warm and beat fast then normal.No shit, Sherlock, I was in love with this boy the seconds I met him.His eyes sparkles like any other boys eyes but his had difference.

It felt un-necessary for him to put me up on the counter, but I quite liked it.

He found Karen's collection of glasses and poured me a glass of water.

He handed it over, and made our fingertips touch, but I pulled away quickly. I sipped through my water and stared at the surrounding. Beach balls and Beer bottles everywhere , but not a single person, left to party. I guess they left before morning.

"So, you had fun time..?" I inquired.

"Yeah, probably the best party I've ever been, it was particularly all because of.. you." He said. I felt the muscles of my cheek bones rise up .

"Really?"

"Yehmm, You were the only person that made me more happier than any other day. I had an amazing experience." He blushed. He maybe let his words spill , but letting it spill like how he did it felt really good.
