"No way..." Goku whispered when I came to his spot.

"You really did it!" Yamato said as he hugged me.

"Yeah... but, I couldn't have done it without Goku's little trick..." I added as I looked at his way with a smile.

"Man, even I can't believe I was smart enough to do that! Now the greatest threat of all is over, and it couldn't have been done without your guys help! I owe you big time!" Goku spoke happily with a cheerful expression, but at the same time, it was an expression free of a big burden.

Even Yukiya had a real smile this time that I just couldn't help but giggle. Just then, a bright light appeared randomly not far from where we were standing. Then, in an instant, a big portal appeared before us.

"What...? What's that?" I asked.

"Hmm... maybe it's our way back!" Yamato suggested excitedly.

"Finally..." Yukiya sighed in relief.

I turned to look at Goku who was standing behind us.

"So... This means goodbye, huh?" I questioned sadly.

"But isn't it great?! You can go to your normal lives now Honoka!" Goku murmured calmly, but I could tell that he wasn't too happy about that either.
Looking at everyone so sad and silent, I just couldn't hold back my tears. They started coming out even when I was thinking not to cry.

"Oh come on... At least we had fun while it lasted right Yamato, Yukiya?"

They both nodded calmly.

"But... But, I just don't wanna go... I, I will never meet you again after this and I don't wanna-" I couldn't continue any further.

The depression just wouldn't go away. I could hear Goku's footsteps approaching me.

"Honoka, that doesn't matter as long as I don't forget about you, I mean this has been the best time of my life! I will always cherish this undying memory forever." Goku spoke softly as he plopped his big hand on my head and started patting it.

That made me feel worse about thinking of parting ways.

"Now you must go. That portal isn't gonna last long..."

I looked above me and saw one of Goku's innocent smiles, which, I guess made me smile in return. I nodded.

"Yeah... I won't forget this experience. EVER." I told.

"Yeah! Well, goodbye!"

I waved goodbye to Goku when I joined the guys.

"Oh and take care Yamato, Yukiya! You are officially part of my team and my friend list!"

Yamato and Yukiya, too, waved goodbye. And with that, we entered the portal. I took one last peek at the vanishing scenery behind my back.

...

Once again, I became unconscious. I opened my drowsy eyelids only to find the usual scenery wrap in front of me.

"Mmm...?"

I got up and saw that I was on my bed with the book on my lap. I then saw Yamato lying in front of me and Yukiya fallen upside down on the couch.

(So... Was that all just a dream? Or...)

Just then Yamato and Yukiya also woke up.

"Huh?! What happened?" Yamato questioned while looking around.

"Ugh... How did I end up like this...?" Yukiya moaned while struggling to sit up straight.

"I think, we just got to see the world of DBZ...!" I squeaked.
