Nightmares can come true

Chapter 4

It's been a couple days since I last got a message but I still keep having the feeling of being watched. I have been paying close attention to the news. Seeing if there were any other reports of something similar. What I have been seeing has scared me. Girls my age have been being kidnapped. Then found a week later in the backyard of the victims family's house, dead. Autopsies show that the girls were beaten severely and raped. These are all happening near and in my town. No victim had a relation to the other, meaning none of the girls knew each other. I don't believe this man is targeting anyone in particular. This makes me scared for my life and my friends and family's lives. If this is what I am dealing with I don't think I will get out of it. This all just seems so unreal. It seems like the show Pretty Little Liars because in the show the stalker, A, is out to get and kill the girls. But in the show and book series A is targeting the girls because they were friends with Alison. I have no relation to any of the victims or the man who is stalking me and I never really had any friends in school.

As I was watching the news I had a really strong feeling of being watched. I turned around and looked out through my window. I saw the movement of a black human shaped figure move in the woods. I blew it off as the trick to the eye. Why would he be here now when I haven't gotten any activity in the past couple days?

I turned my attention back to the news. As I did I noticed there was a new news on the kidnappings. Apparently a person is found every 2 weeks. Meaning the stalker stalks the victim for about a week then kidnaps the victim. Spends another week torturing the victim until she dies then returns her home. If this is my case then I only have 3 or 4 days until the stalker takes action.

AN: I'm sorry. I realize all my chapters are short and I don't update often. I can't seem to write long chapters and truth is I kind of have writers block. So please message me if you have any ideas and I will be sure to give you credit in the Author's notes. Hopefully I will be updating more often because I only have 1 day of school left.
