The pancakes were amazing! "Wow Mrs. Lastter this is really good," Em said knowing I haven't had these in a long time.
After breakfast we fed and rode the horses. Then Meg and Hannah left. It was just Em, Lily, and I. We decided to the mall.
First we went to forever 21 and I bought a cute crop top. Next we started to get hungry so went to the food court.
"Oh let's get Panda Express," Em said hungrily.
After ordering we sat down and ate. "I know I shouldn't be asking this, but have you ever met your dad?" Em asked shyly.
"Em, you can't just ask people questions like that!" Lilly said.
"It's fine I don't mind. And the answer is yes and no. Yes I've met him, no I don't remember him."
"Do you remember your sister?" Lilly asked.
"No, I don't remember her, but I have a picture of her in my room of her holding me when I was around 2." I answered. The truth is my parents got divorced right before I turned two. So they split up me my sister and I. We never visited them, they never visited us.
After that awkward conversation we went shopping again. I hope California isn't too different.
