Chapter 2: New Experiences And New Discoveries!

Squish, Thump, Clack

Lucy kept on running. She's been running for the past hour desperately trying to save her best friend.

The rain has stopped awhile ago, but the mud was dirtier than ever.

Plue was running out of blood. She could practically feel the life draining out of Plue.

She got tired and eventually got drained out of energy, but that didn't stop her from running.

Where in the hell is a source of water here!? Lucy looked frantically.

Tears pricked in her eyes, thinking about what would happen if Plue died. She shook her head, shaking the thoughts out of her brain.

She could feel herself getting even more tired. Her legs were practically begging her to stop, but she didn't give up that easily.

Finally, up ahead she found what she was looking for.

"Yes!" She almost screamed to the top of her lungs. She looked down at Plue, noticing how lifeless he looks.

She ran faster, not even caring if her legs explodes. She feels like her heart would just explode out of her chest.

When she came up closer, she saw so many life sources. She saw people, kids, sand, and............... ships??

Just as she landed on the sand, where the ocean was, she puts Plue down carefully. She puts her hand in the water, instantly feeling the cold water.

The wind was making the water cooler, and it was also making her cloak swaying behind her.

She shifted her hands in the water. Suddenly, the water around her hands begin glowing bright blue.

She then lifted her hands, making the bright blue water come up in mid air. She shifted them to Plue, who was still breathing, but barely.

She puts the water on Plue, then moves her hand around him. The wounds around him suddenly started to close up.

Lucy bit her lip in concentration, almost making it bleed.

"Come on, come on...." She struggles. Plue closed his eyes for a minute, scaring Lucy to death.
Plue's eyes open again, breathing normally.

"Plue!" Lucy exclaimed while hugging the life out of Plue. Plue snuggled his big head in Lucy's hair.

Lucy smiled.

She stood up, so did her White furred buddy. "Now, we need to know where we are...".

Lucy looked up ahead, looking at the people and ships in the distance. She looked behind her, noticing how dark the forest was from there.

She sighed, a animated puff of air coming out of her mouth, "I guess we'll be walking, so hopefully nobody will recognize me." Lucy said to Plue. Even though Plue's an animal, he can understand what Lucy means.

Plue nodded.

Lucy then started walking with Plue on her side. Before people could see her, Lucy quickly puts the hood of her cloak on.

She notices the stares from the people, looking at her and Plue, so she unconsciously pulls her hoodie closer.

Plue snuggled into Lucy, reassuring her that he's there. Lucy smiled a ghost smile.

"I wonder where we're at," Lucy thought aloud.

Right on cue, a small arrow sign was up ahead. She and Plue sprinted up to the small dirtied sign.
