Game 7

"Anne Curtis" I said out loud. Yeah, that's right. The so-called "Queen" and Ms. Popular of the school is now my lab partner and the boys were making a fuss about it especially, Vice.

I walked over sa aming pwesto kung saan nakaupo na si Anne.

Anne: Hello again.

She smiled at me.

"Hello." I greeted her back. "I think hindi pa tayo formally nakakapagpakilala sa isa't-isa. I'm Khalil." I extended my hand.

Anne: Anne. 

We shook hands.

Napapansin ko naman sa peripheral vision ko na nakatingin sa amin si Vice.

Coleen: Uh.. 

Vice: Oh. Hey Coleen. 

Coleen: Hi..

She said while looking down.

Vice: So, I think we'll make a pretty good team huh?

Coleen just nodded at him and gave him a slight smile.

Vice: Okay.

Awkward~~~

Sa counter naman nila Billy at Georgina.

Georgina: Well, this is exciting.

Billy: Ah..uh?

Georgina: The whole dissecting thing?

Billy: Uh ye-yeah. I-I love dissecting things. I-I mean i-it's cool. Ugh! Crap..

He stuttered out, blushing.

Georgina: Haha! Relax. 

Kila Vhong at Jhong naman.

Jhong: Hoy baka naman malusaw na si Anne nyan kakatitig mo.

Vhong: Eh bakit ba basag trip ka?

Jhong: Angas ah. Papalag ka na ba?

Hindi pinansin ni Vhong si Jhong at humarap na lamang sa teacher.

Back to me and Anne..

"I gotta be completely honest, the whole dissecting thing kinda freaks me out so I think you might have to take the reigns on this one." I confessed.

Anne: You serious? o_o

I just nodded shyly at her.

Anne: Wow, most guys would never admit that. 

She said, amused.

"Crap, you're right." I said, worried.

Anne: No, it's okay.

She put her hand on top of mine.

Anne: I think it's refreshing.

"You do? Thanks!" I said then smiled. I could feel someone's laser-like stare at me so I quickly pulled my hand away from Anne's.

Anne: You know, it's kinda funny because you're like the famous 'Lady Killer' and here you are, confessing how you cannot even cut open a small, dead frog.

"Haha so you've heard about that." I said.

Anne: Yah! The whole school's been talking about it. You're like the headline of the day. 

She smiled brightly at me and I couldn't help but smile back. This girl is nice, no wonder Vice likes her. I think we will get along pretty well. =D

Mrs. Perez: Ehem! Okay class, listen up!

At yun na ang hudyat na simula na ang aming klase.
